You once had the perfect cosmetic Unicorn.

Thank you for at least putting a black label (signifying doom for my hair) on the new formula - helps me recognize and avoid now 👍 That is the last compliment I will be giving this terrible new formula. I was such an advocate for your older product to my family & friends going through Perimenopause, that I was accused of being on commission! Well singing your praises has now definitely stopped. Since your new formula seems to be stripping all the goodness out of my hair, that your last amazing formula helped build. After using for so many years. My hair is now feeling flat, brittle & dry. You created a rare thing - the perfect cosmetic unicorn. Then shot it!!! Why!?! Please read your once loyal customer base RECENT reviews, we need the option of the old formula returning

Fragrance bothered my nose

OGX Thick and Full Biotin and Collagen shampoo and conditioner for volume and texture. Purchased the shampoo and conditioner at my local drugstore. The products worked okay, but the fragrance (which I didn't care for) really bothered my nose, and my nose was still running even after I got of the shower. While I enjoy OGX products, this particular shampoo and conditioner are not for me.
