This is my first purchase of OGX Shampoo. My hair has lost it's body over the years so I decided to try this Shampoo. It's a good Shampoo. I let my hair air dry and it made my hair frizzy and very fly away. Can't imagine if I had used my blow dryer what it would have looked like.

While the product deserves 5 stars, the shipping does not. Consider picking up curbside or in-store. I had it shipped. Big mistake. The bottle was not secured or bagged separately from my other food items in my order. Everything was covered in shampoo. The remaining product in the bottle is excellent and I will buy it again, at the store.

They changed it into an absolutely AWFUL product. I wonder if they bought stock in some of the other companies that sell EXTREMELY high priced hair loss remedies. I am thoroughly disgusted with the change. I am shedding some much hair that I can see my scalp. This started slowly in 2023 and I briefly used a different product and the shedding slowed down. But I began OGX again and shedding increased. Sad. It was a good product and someone got greedy somewhere. Today, apparently the wealthy and elite can afford an effective product to save their hair. Sad. The LOVE of money is the root of all evil.

This shampoo lathers up really nice and left my hair feeling clean and soft! The packaging is effective and easy to use. Sometimes I find the pumps on certain shampoos annoying but this one is nice. I noticed my hair with more of a shine after using only once!

They have removed sulphates, yet still have SILICONES? Not good because silicones will clog your hair follicles and eventually you will have hairloss. It might be noticeable in a few days, a few weeks, a few months, or even in a year or more --- but it will happen. It happened to ke with these horrible non sulphate, silicone containing shampoos. It took me 3 years to get my thick hair back by going silicone free! Don't believe me? *shrugs* Chance it then and see what happens, but don't cry foul when you notice lots of hair in your shower drain. Don't blame it on stress, or hard water, or heat styling. It is the SILICONES in these shampoos! Shampoos are for cleansing the scalp and your hair. They are NOT for giving slip or conditioning! That is what conditioners are for! Sulphates do NOT cause hair fall. Use your heads. In the 70s, ALL shampoos contained sulphates and NONE had silicones, and we all had tons of hair! OILS are a healthy way to seal hair to keep it frizz fee. Try Abyssinian Oil, which is also a great heat protectant. If you do want to use these silicone shampoos, you better also use a sulphate shampoo every few washes to remove buildup. Ok. You have been warned, now make your own decision. As for me? I continue to ONLY seek out sulphate shampoos that are silicone free. Ones I love are Redken Extreme Length shampoo, Nexxus Keraphix shampoo, and Nexxus Therappe shampoo. Conditioners I use that are silicone FREE are Redken Extreme Length in the lighter aqua bottle. The darker one does contain silicone. DO nOT use any Nexxus conditioners other than Nexxus Clear, as the rest contain silicone. BIOLAGE Ultra Hydra Conditioner is GREAT and silicone free! Maui Shea Butter Mask is FABULOUS! Redken CAT spray protein is amazing and silicone free! And OLAPLEX no3 is also excellent. Good luck!

Smells amazing. Gets hair clean. Good consistency, not too thick or thin. First time using ogx products and I'm impressed

I have been using this product for years! It is gentle for my hair, and it takes care of my damage hair after colouring it!

My hair is fine and sort of on the thin side. I tried OGX and actually saw a difference. My hair seems a little fuller. Plus I like the smell.

The product itself is excellent as far as a volume shampoo but the pump is easy to break in shipping and I had to call Sam's and get a replacement since the first shipment had the pump broken off (kudos to SAM'S Customer Service)
