I can't express my love for this product enough. For years I have been trying to find a shampoo that will thicken my hair and make it lengthy and healthy. This is the first product I have found that actually works, and doesn't build up. Thank you OGX for such an amazing product.

The scent is light and not overpowering compared to other drug store brands. My hair feels soft and nourished after use along with the Biotin & Collagen Conditioner. I was shocked how my hair wasn't tangled after washing it and I attribute it to the new shampoo / conditioner combo. I am a big fan and recommend.

I have been using this shampoo for several years and it has been great for thickening my thinning hair. However, I have just had to buy a replacement bottle and used it this morning for the first time. The first thing I noticed was that the shampoo is now clear instead of a shade of purple, then that while it softens my hair it no longer seems to have the thickening effect. I was confused but when checking the bottle (which looks exactly the same as previous bottles) there is a very small addition which says ‘new improved formula’ and the word ‘thickening’ is no longer there. I don’t know why companies feel the need to tamper with winning formulae, but I am very disappointed that my favourite shampoo is no longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shampoo works well. It's very creamy and thick. Has a strong fragrance which some people enjoy and doesn't do not. I did not enjoy the smell but the quality and results of the shampoo are really nice. My hair feels great after I use it. I also used the conditioner. It's fair priced for a good shampoo. If I use it too often it makes my hair feel a little heavy so I switch it up with different products. I do like it and would recommend people try it out.

I am 45 years old. I have struggled with thyroid issues which has thinned my hair alot. I used this product years ago and had much success with fullness and growth. I am currently using it again and have seen the same results. I would definitely recommend this duo.

I bought this shampoo a couple of months ago, and I've never been happier. I got ill a few years ago and since then had trouble with my hair - it fell out, was extremely dry and thin and constantly broke plus I've had lots of people asking me whether I was going through chemotherapy as it looked that bad and unhealthy. I also have a sensitive and dry scalp that I struggle with. I tried so many shampoos since I fell ill, for example l'oreal total repair and other expensive brands that said it would repair my hair. None of them worked for me, in fact it got even worse! My hair fell out even more because of them and got even more dry than it already was, disaster! One of my friends then recommended this brand as she swears by the keratin line, but I thought I'd give this line a try as I crave that volume. The first week or two I think my hair needed to get used to it, my scalp got itchy and a bit flaky/oily which is why I gave it four stars and not five. However, after that first week or two that all was gone and I started seeing results! After using it for a few months now my hair is completely changed and feels like a life saver for my hair. My hair is now incredibly healthy, it's very shiny and looks extremely full and lots of volume like the shampoo claims. I think it even helps to grow more hair! It doesn't even fall out any longer, only a couple of hairs a day that's it. I'm beyond grateful to have found this shampoo and I definitely recommend it, my hair has never looked as amazing as it does now - game changer!

I absolutely love the jasmine bergamot and vanilla scent, and that this has none of the bad stuff but rather helps the appearance of my fine thin hair while caring for it too! I have 3c/4a natural hair and I've stopped using shampoo about a year ago. But instead of picking up my cleansing cowash, I used biotin & collagen shampoo this morning. I must say this is by far THE BEST SHAMPOO I've ever used!!!! I only needed a small amount of this to saturate my entire scalp/hair. This shampoo almost worked as a detangler because it did not leave my hair "brittle" and "stiff" while washing. I would recommend

So I have MS, and I was on this wicked medicine for quite some time that made me lose a LOT of my hair - roughly about 40% I'd say, and I had extremely thick hair. Well, today is only the second day I have used this shampoo - let me start by saying that the results are quite instant. I mean, as soon as I applied this to my hair yesterday, within seconds it was almost as if my hair expanded. I felt a fullness to my hair very suddenly. It dried beautifully leaving my hair looking extremely voluminous and feeling softer than it has ever been, even when it was healthy. Seriously. This is the best shampoo/conditioner I have come across yet, and it required absolutely no time at all to achieve the results I was looking for. I recommend this to anyone, without hesitation. It also does have a nice smell, comparable to a musk - it's soft and relaxing :) AND they're cruelty free!
