I really wanted to love this shampoo; it smells great, is paraben-free and also contains biotin. Unfortunately, every time I use this shampoo my hair is greasy again by the end of the day and I have to wash my hair the next day with a different shampoo to get the residue out. Maybe this product works for others, but not for me. On the bright side, my hair has been growing a bit faster since I started using this shampoo, but it doesn't make up for having to wash my hair daily. I only use this shampoo about once a week now for the biotin benefits.

I say it's not my favorite because it doesn't do much for my hair. My hair actually felt drier after use. It might be good for someone with oily hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy to see that OGX has reformulated however, this Biotin + Collagen shampoo is just not the right fit for my particular hair type. I have very fine, damaged, dry hair and it almost seems worse after using this. OGX does not test on animals and they use a gentler sulfate alternative (completely sulfate free) which are both things I look for in hair products. I absolutely love the rich, creamy texture/lather and amazing smell. It reminds me of blooming flowers with a hint of vanilla. The purple, stylish bottles are beautiful and easy to hold/dispense product from. It is an affordable option and may work well for others.⁩

It's helpful for the damage ,split end and fall down hair with collagen &biotin which the best for hair has problems. I highly recommend using combo Shampoo &Conditioner. It's take a month for results you can see by your eyes 👀

The best part is, my hair feels the best it has ever felt, like never before. Even with just the first use. My hair is also thicker and fuller, like the bottle says. I must say this is the best shampoo I've ever found. I tried this based on the protein ingredient. So happy that I did. Please never stop making it.

Used this product for years and LOVED it. Opened a new bottle and noted it looked and felt different NEW Formula small flag on bottle. Used it for a week shampoo every day since I have fine flat hair in a short pixie cut. Previous formula gave me nice fullness and lift. This new formula weighs down my hair flat even right after drying. So bad I tossed the product, my husband says I'm super frugal so for me to toss an almost full bottle of shampoo is saying a lot. You've lost a customer.

I bought this shampoo after having tried the coconut milk shampoo by ogx since I was looking for something that would make my hair feel thicker. And I have to admit....This product is absolutely amazing. My friends comented on how great my hair looked after just 2 washes.
