Man, listen. I have tried tons of different shampoos and 99% of them left my hair feeling dry and brittle after using them, some of them were from other OGX lines. I got this in my monthly subscription box, CurlBox, and decided to give it a go. I was shocked when the shampoo lathered up on my scalp and didn't feel dry. It literally felt like a conditioner that lathered, it was that gentle and soft. The smell is incredible too! After washing the shampoo off I was sure that the softness was going to go with it, but it was still soft and smooth! No dryness, no brittleness! This has definitely become a staple in my regimen along with the Biotin & Collagen conditioner. For anyone who's curious I have thick coarse type 4 (with a little 3c but mostly 4a and 4b) natural hair.

I gave the shampoo and conditioner a 3 star not because I didn’t like the product but because the heavy plastic bottle is so hard to squeeze and actually crushes so much that you literally have to remove the lid to get the product out. The shape of the bottle is way to wide to fit on the shower wall. Can’t it be made to be more convenient and easier for consumers? The shampoo is great but I am hesitant to purchase again due to the bottle!

My hair feels softer after using, but I don’t notice any other improvements. I don’t necessarily think it makes my hair fuller or have my volume. It does lather up nicely though.

I have been using this for 1 year now. It doesn't strip my hair too much although I will still dilute it from time to time and I can even add aloe vera gel to it without it getting clumpy.For someone with extremely dry prone, fine stranded, high density, type 4, mattress springy hair that is great. It smells great but not in a way where you would get tired of too quickly. :)

I also appreciate the fact I don’t have to spend so much money on a product I’m using all the time on a lot of hair.

it did not need changing! I have used this shampoo for a couple of years. I am so dissapointed in the "new and improved" formula. Nothing is new and improved about it! The smell is terrible, the feel of the shampoo is terrible, the way it makes my hair feel is terrible.

Hi I been using this shampoo for a very long time but I bought this new ph levelled shampoo but it looked a bit different it was a bit liquidity and light shade of purple which is different from the one I have previously used. I’m not sure could you please confirm is this is something I have to worry about????

Today was my first day to use this shampoo and conditioner. I have fine and thin curly (frizzy in the summer) hair. Flat ironing is an everyday must for me as my hair has no defined curl. It’s a mess. I’d been spending 100s of dollars a month on salon shampoo, conditioner and treatments. After only 1 use of this shampoo and conditioner, my hair has never looked better - not even after leaving the salon! Plus....no flat iron! I am a true believer and convert. Thank you, OGX, for making an amazingly wonderful product.

I love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. Great packaging. It does the work it leave my hair so soft and shin. Definitely recommend this 2 products.
