For years, I could Never use a conditioner because it was too heavy for my limp baby fine hair. This product changed all that. I can now use a conditioner and shampoo. My hair started falling out so I googled it. Yes, it is happening to others and I seen a lawsuit. Wish I could get my money back. I bought the shampoo and conditioner. I cannot believe I'm not bald because it will not stop coming out now. Very depressing.

This made my hair so dry & brittle, made my head itch & massively made my hair THINNER instead of thicker. After checking online, there’s an ingredient in here linked to formaldehyde so the product doesn’t mold in the shower…finally figured out why my hair was getting drastically thin. Do not buy this!

This shampoo made my hair fall out. I couldn’t figure out why my hair was falling out so much then read about this shampoo being under investigation for harmful ingredients then figured out it started when I started using this shampoo. Avoid this unless you want to be bald.
