80% so fatty (to be expected), but overall not too much "waste" in it other than the fat.

I use these regularly it makes great buggers.

Like the 80%/20% Ground Chuck as has less grease. Also, like it better than the 90% as holds together better

Great way to buy grinds, allows you to make great burgers to various sizes. 80% lean chuck is excellent for burgers
