Best bargain I can find on burger. Our dog developed allergies and now has to eat burger. We cook this tube, add some peas and carrots and it lasts for quite a while. That helps since beef prices have gone through the roof.

This does not taste like beef. it was only OK - IF we covered it in pasta sauce or strong seasonings. We tried making our nor.al stove top hamburgers but it sure didnt taste like a burger.

What is going on with the hamburger, it used to be good. Now they ground up bone and cartilage in it, disgusting. I can see it happen every so often but the last 20 pounds. Its every pound and every other bite.

This meat used to be really good. The last few times I’ve bought it, it tasted a bit off. It tasted gamey like it was mixed with deer meat or something. Won’t be buying it again. :(

Better deal than the small packages especially with a discount. 80-20 is good for burgers or if you brown it first. I do not recommend for meatloaf since it will be floating is a bath of fat and water.

Great quality hamberger, not really fatty, haven't come across any bones while eating. I have bought 2 of these so far, it's a great price for hamberger for out 6 person family.

Cooked The first one lb of my 10 80/20 chub. Found gristle and what seems to have been a bone fragment (white and hard size of rough sand). The quality screamed of on sale Walmart chub.

I usually buy this tube of ground beef when I make chili, but sometimes just to repackage and freeze for smaller meals. Because this is 80/20, there is more fat in it. Since I am making chili with it, the fat is not too much of a problem, but I do drain some of it off. For an all around, inexpensive way to purchase ground chuck, this is a great option.
