Awesome for just about anything you need hamburger meat for. Not to greasy or to dry. We love making burgers with this roll. 🍔 🤤

Fairly good value for ground chuck. I wish it were available in a more coarse grind, and in a 5# chub.

Probably varies by location, but the tube we got seemed to me much fattier than the usual 80/20 we get.

The 4 lb package of ground beef is better to freeze and use. Same hamburger, just like the 4lb package better

This beef roll was used for grilled hamburgers and later the leftover beef was used for meatloaf. Both were very delicious.

80/20 fat mix is good for maintaining moisture. As always a good price. Usually separate to 1lb packs and freeze to use as needed.

Usually I can’t find 80% ground meat. This seemed to be the only one I could find and it’s costs less, taste good!

If you can use or prep n freeze bulk ground beef then consider buying this. Pre-make burger's, sliders meat balls, meatloaf and dog food!

Great quality, price and taste. I separate it and put in seal bags. It thaws out faster if you flatten the burger in the bags
