Between subscriptions, I was without my lemme and I had a bit of anxiety going to bed. This is just an overall comfort for me. I may wake up once, but I'm not staying away as if I would without. I NEVER feel drowsy and I don't need it every night but its alway nice to rely on when I know I may have a lot on my mind.

Gummies taste delicious. I feel like each night I have taken them it has been such a hit or miss. Sometimes I've knocked out and slept through the night. Other nights I lie awake trying to fall asleep. Maybe the dosage is still too small and I should try out the pills! I sadly do not think I will be repurchasing.

I've been on several different rx medications for insomnia. Several causing weight gain. While they do help I still get up at least once a night. I wanted to try to look into something not as strong without the crazy side effects the ones prescribed an have given me. I was very surprised that the first night of taking them they did help me sleep.I've been on sleep meds for over 10+ years and did not think these gummies would stand a chance. I'm still testing but happy to see I mite have an option to stop my meds! Thank you!

This is the best sleep gummy I've ever tried. They gradually take effect and you don't feel groggy when you wake up. The taste is amazing and I won't go back to anything else. Have taken daily for the past year. Loved them so much I could wait to take my gummy. Really helped with sleep. Stocked up a couple weeks ago and the now taste like gritty multi vitamins. No berry flavor and horrid texture. Not only that I've been waking up frequently, unable to fall back asleep and having more nightmares than ever.

These packed a real punch. The flavor is good and they definitely work, but I'm struggling with the dose. I took 2 as directed the first night, slept 9 hours and could not open my eyes the next morning for 30 minutes after waking up. I was holding them open with my fingers. I dropped down to 1 and find myself waking up in the middle of the night a bit.

These have been a complete relief for me! Navigating stress will mess with a couple of things but also your sleep. I had a horrible time sleeping before taking these and now my sleeping patterns are completely regulated. I will keep a back up on standby moving forward.

I have always had a hard time sleeping and things have been even worse post menopause. I have tried a lot of things these past few years, including melatonin 10mg long-acting tabs, but these lemme gummies have finally given me the rest I need. It must be the melatonin with the other ingredients that help make these work because even with 10mg melatonin, I wasn't sleeping. My daughter, too, has found them to be super useful and we plan on ordering more soon!

They help me fall asleep within 15-30 mins of taking every time and I never feel any grogginess waking up. Get a subscription from Lemme so you never have to worry about them running out of stock at some of the other stores that sell them!

First of all, these taste great! I love that they have magnesium as well but wish it was different types like the chill ones. They do help me deep sleep & sleep well, but it is weird that you wake up after 4 hours. I saw this on other reviews & it weirdly happens to me as well. I still fall back asleep & feel really well rested, so not sure why that happens. But would repurchase & would recommend. In love with the cute bottles! Wish they were glass!
