I was very skeptical because I've not had the best success with sleep aids in the past, but I thought there wasn't any harm in trying something new - plus who doesn't love a gummy? The first night I took them, I was ZONKED out, could feel myself getting drowsy and slept like a log. But I knew that could just be a coincidence, so told myself we'd try it a second night to see if it still worked. Basically a copy/paste of the previous night - but I still wasn't convinced. I was a little nervous to try them because I've heard that melatonin can give you nightmares, but I have had a great experience with these! They allow me to get very deep, restful sleep, without any nightmares! It also works very quickly, and allows me to easily fall back asleep if I wake up in the middle of the night! I wake up in the morning not feeling very groggy either, which is great! These are great on nights where you feel restless or when you need to fully rest your body (for example, if you're sick!) I also like that you can take one or two depending on your needs that night! They also taste amazing and have a great gummy texture! I am so excited to have these on hand, and I would definitely recommend!
