Sleep Gummies

I started taking melatonin for a sleep aide each night several months ago. I have tried many different melatonin gummies and I have to say that this particular brand is the best. My husband and I both take these and agree that they taste amazing and work the fastest and most efficient. If you are looking for a sleeping aid then definitely try these gummies!!

Insomnia approved

I've been diagnosed for insomnia for years now and these lemme sleep gummies have helped me wean off my sleeping meds. Melatonin alone has never worked in the past, but the addition of things like magnesium, chamomile, l theanine and more is the perfect combo for a restful sleep!

Omg! So good I could cry!

I've been struggling with sleep for the last few months. I've been working with my primary care, therapist, psychiatrist and I have had no luck. I tried magnesium glycinate as was suggested by my psychiatrist and it gave me nightmares, and I woke up through the night. Melatonin was a no go. If you've heard of it and it's over the counter I've tried. I heard good reviews about the Lemme Sleep gummies so I gave it a go. My issue is I fight the sleep which leads to falling asleep by 4 am or 6 when I need to be at work at 8:30am. I tried the gummies last night and I finally slept before midnight for the first time in weeks!! No weird night mares or waking up through out the night. I didn't wake up groggy or with brain fog! Highly recommend.
