It says to take 2 gummies 30 minutes before bedtime, however, for me, they work so incredibly well that I only need to take one 10 to 15 minutes before bed. I get such a good night sleep. Normally, when I use other sleep aids, it lets me wake up in the middle of the night, but with these, I stay asleep!

Gummies taste delicious. I feel like each night I have taken them it has been such a hit or miss. Sometimes I've knocked out and slept through the night. Other nights I lie awake trying to fall asleep. Maybe the dosage is still too small and I should try out the pills! I sadly do not think I will be repurchasing.

I have been a long time customer of Lemme Sleep and have raved about it to family and friends. They recently changed the formula in late 2025 and the taste and effect has changed drastically. They taste horrible now and have a strange texture. I also believe it no longer works as well and leaves me feeling groggy when it never used to. PLEASE bring back the old formula. So disappointing.
