These packed a real punch. The flavor is good and they definitely work, but I'm struggling with the dose. I took 2 as directed the first night, slept 9 hours and could not open my eyes the next morning for 30 minutes after waking up. I was holding them open with my fingers. I dropped down to 1 and find myself waking up in the middle of the night a bit.

I want to love these so bad. I love all the other lemme gummies I've tried but these genuinely do nothing for me. Back to unisom unfortunately
