I take 1 or 2 of these 20 minutes before I want to be asleep and I am OUT immediately. 10/10. I will say, my husband will wake up 3 hours after he takes it, so it does wear out. I've only experienced that once or twice, but I fall right back to sleep.

I have tried everything—melatonin, magnesium, herbal tea, weighted blankets, cooler temps—if an article said something would help me sleep, I was willing to try it. Lemme just start off by saying I have tried SO many products and solutions for my sleeping problems. The sleepy girl cocktail, tart cherry juice etc you name it. After trying the Lemme Chill Gummies and finding that they worked amazing, I had to try these and was. not. disappointed. I actually take these and the Lemme Chill together an hour before bed and it's amazing!

I've been on subscription with Lemme sleep for over two years it feels like. I love them so so much.Yesterday I opened up my new bottle and I thought to myself....”this taste different” but I thought it was just me. I just compared it to my old bottle and unfortunately the ingredients have changedddd!!💔 I could cry I'm so so sad. I'm going to have to cancel my subscription they just don't taste good at all 😭 you can taste that they're using artificial sweeteners. I'm honestly so sad I hate that I'm even writing this review.... 😭💔

Love these gummies! I won't be without them. I can fall asleep fast but never stay asleep, these help me finally get solid sleep & if I wake up after 3-4 hours I fall right back to sleep. I also don't wake up with the horrible groggy feeling & I don't get nightmares like I do on straight melatonin. These are the best sleep supplements I've tried & I've tried a lot!
