I take two every night and it definitely has helped me to sleep better. Normally I wake up 2-4 times a night and have a very hard time falling asleep. Sense starting these gummies I am able to fall asleep easily and I sleep much better through the night. I wake up the next day feeling well rested.

Absolutely legit I don't know what kind of magic as in knees, but they send you off to sleep so gradually and so slowly and you sleep wonderfully you don't wake up groggy and you don't have any wild and crazy dreams. I find that a full dose is almost too much a half a dose is absolutely more than enough.

First this has a combination that is magical! A trifecta (Melatonin, Magnesium and L-Theanin in perfect dosing) combination. I have tried OTC melatonin at different doses and had wild dreams that were not good. i tried a lower dose and the same thing. I love that this has magnesium. that settles the heart beat just a little. very calming. If you use 2 at bedtime you will get a 15 day supply. I have not needed it every night so it will last a little longer. I used 2 gummies 30. minutes before laying down. I sleep better, it is a quiet sleep, calmer I would say. I think it is worth the try if you need help every night or once n a while. I really luv the packaging! every detail was thought out. First of all these gummies taste amazing. But secondly and most importantly they really work! About 30-45 minutes after taking them I feel myself getting tired and it only takes me less than 10 minutes to drift off. They also don't make me feel groggy in the morning like some previous gummies used to do to me. I recommend these and I will be buying them again.

I absolutely love the taste of these gummies and they definitely do what they're supposed to. Directions recommend that you take it 30 minutes before. I started feeling it about 15-20 minutes in.
