I have loved most all the Lemme products, this being my favorite. After trying many otc sleep aids and them not working, I was over joyed this worked the very first night! My husband had bone cancer and I had cared for him for months and having extreme insomnia, from stress I now know. Plus I worked the graveyard shift as a 911 operator for years, so I really appreciate this one Lemme Have it!!! Yea!

First this has a combination that is magical! A trifecta (Melatonin, Magnesium and L-Theanin in perfect dosing) combination. I have tried OTC melatonin at different doses and had wild dreams that were not good. i tried a lower dose and the same thing. I love that this has magnesium. that settles the heart beat just a little. very calming. If you use 2 at bedtime you will get a 15 day supply. I have not needed it every night so it will last a little longer. I used 2 gummies 30. minutes before laying down. I sleep better, it is a quiet sleep, calmer I would say. I think it is worth the try if you need help every night or once n a while. I really luv the packaging! every detail was thought out. ( also be smart and don't have caffeine 8 hours before you sleep, common sense helps)Thank you Kourtney for being assertive and creating something for yourself and ultimately for all of us. If I could give 0 stars I would... did they not make me sleepy, but they completely ruined my sleep schedule. They gave me terrible cotton mouth—even after drinking a bottle of waterI took the time to go through all the five-star reviews and the majority of them aren't even from verified purchases. That's a huge red flag. If a product actually worked, they wouldn't need to inflate the ratings. I gave every 5 star review a thumbs down and reported the review—that's how bad these gummies are. Finally, a gummy with the ingredients that I've been searching for. I'd been trying to find a supplement with magnesium and L-theanine, and Lemme delivered. I'm able to fall asleep quickly and I even find it easier to STAY asleep (truly the miracle here).

I suffer from anxiety from a dog attack I went thru. I couldn't sleep and have tried so many drugstore options, but after feeling really sick every morning, I decided to give these a try, by the second night I was sleeping like a baby, without needing to take more of my anxiety medication because I was so at ease and actually slept through the night and woke up earlier in the morning! I used them to help me get to sleep when I travelled and I fell asleep within 30mins! However with jet lag, I still woke up pretty early. But, when I use them with no travelling & no jet lag, I pass out asleep and literally have to set an alarm otherwise I feel like I won't wake up!

Why would you change something that worked before?? they had a really good flavor before and they worked!Now, they taste awful; almost unbearable and they have a chemical smell to them and the worst part is they don't even work anymore. I will not be buying them again..

I am normally not a fan of sleep aids in any form. I don't want to wake up feeling groggy or rely on something to sleep. However these are a GAME CHANGER! I've been trying to go to sleep earlier. I take 2 as I'm getting into bed, 20 minutes later I'm sound asleep. I do not wake up during the night anymore, and I wake up around 6am feeling refreshed and ready to workout. And the best part is they haven't changed my natural ability to fall asleep. I was on a trip and forgot them, and still got great sleep.
