I actually have been struggling with my sleep for about 2 years now. It's been hard for me to turn my brain off at the end of the night, and my lack of sleep was affecting other areas of my life. I've tried a lot of other sleep supplements, and still wasn't sleeping well. My first night of lemme sleep, I still didn't sleep super great, but my nights following I have had the best weeks of sleep I have had in over 2 years. It actually makes me a little emotional, but it really helped me. I have tried just melatonin and magnesium before, so I think the addition of the botanical blend and L-Theanin are what had such an affect on my sleep. If I could give these 10 stars I would. I got these to try while I was on a trip. I tried them for a full week now, and let me tell you... I have NEVER slept so good in my life.
