I love them so so much.Yesterday I opened up my new bottle and I thought to myself....”this taste different” but I thought it was just me. I haven't slept well in over 20 years. I had a hard time falling asleep but I really struggled to fall back to sleep when I would wake up in the middle of the night. My mind would just start racing and I'd be up for hours. If I would wake up and look at the clock and see that I had to be up in an hour I wouldn't be able to fall back to sleep. Not only has Lemme Sleep helped me to fall asleep within 30 minutes or so of taking it but if I do wake up in the middle of the night, I have no issues falling right back to sleep. Even if I feel my mind starting to race, it's almost like Lemme Sleep takes over and says "oh no you don't!" and I fall right back to sleep. I have never slept so well! I had super high expectations of these based off the tiktok reviews (everything on the internet is real, right?). Overall these are pretty solid sleep gummies. They definitely help relax me and doze off easier than taking nothing. Did they take me to a different dimension, like some reviews claim? Absolutely not. The bright side of that is maybe no grogginess the next day. I will repurchase but they're not next level enough to have me screaming from the roof top about them. Solid B+.
