I have issues with deep sleep, the kind where you have dreams & wake up not remembering any tossing or turning or noises. I do not suffer from issues falling asleep or insomnia. I have tried melatonin in the past and had currently been taking magnesium before bed. Not sure it was doing much. Now, I am getting the deepest, best sleep I have had in years. I have been taking them for 30 days, so this is not a few days. Absolutely recommend them. Hope they can keep them in stock, as they have been out for a little while.ps. I try to get 8 hours of sleep a night. If you are not targeting this much, you may want to play with one vs. two gummy serving size. Find if I get much less than 8 hours, it can be tough to get up in the morning.

If I could give 0 stars I would... did they not make me sleepy, but they completely ruined my sleep schedule. They gave me terrible cotton mouth—even after drinking a bottle of waterI took the time to go through all the five-star reviews and the majority of them aren't even from verified purchases. That's a huge red flag. If a product actually worked, they wouldn't need to inflate the ratings. I gave every 5 star review a thumbs down and reported the review—that's how bad these gummies are. Finally, a gummy with the ingredients that I've been searching for. I'd been trying to find a supplement with magnesium and L-theanine, and Lemme delivered. I'm able to fall asleep quickly and I even find it easier to STAY asleep (truly the miracle here).

This is my first night trying these. I feel asleep quickly, but I kept waking up in the middle of the night. I had a hard time staying a sleep. I usually take 20 mg of melatonin so maybe the dose was too low for me? It is odd because I did fall asleep quickly, but could stay asleep. Maybe I just I need to try it out more, but need to experiment when I don't have work in the morning. They do taste good lol but couldn't really stay asleep.

I've been on subscription with Lemme sleep for over two years it feels like. I love them so so much.Yesterday I opened up my new bottle and I thought to myself....”this taste different” but I thought it was just me. I just compared it to my old bottle and unfortunately the ingredients have changedddd!!💔 I could cry I'm so so sad. I'm going to have to cancel my subscription they just don't taste good at all 😭 you can taste that they're using artificial sweeteners. I'm honestly so sad I hate that I'm even writing this review.... 😭💔

First this has a combination that is magical! A trifecta (Melatonin, Magnesium and L-Theanin in perfect dosing) combination. I have tried OTC melatonin at different doses and had wild dreams that were not good. i tried a lower dose and the same thing. I love that this has magnesium. that settles the heart beat just a little. very calming. If you use 2 at bedtime you will get a 15 day supply. I have not needed it every night so it will last a little longer. I used 2 gummies 30. minutes before laying down. I sleep better, it is a quiet sleep, calmer I would say. I think it is worth the try if you need help every night or once n a while. I really luv the packaging! every detail was thought out. ( also be smart and don't have caffeine 8 hours before you sleep, common sense helps)Thank you Kourtney for being assertive and creating something for yourself and ultimately for all of us. I've had chronic insomnia my whole life and this is the only thing that's consistently helped me. Only downside is the price. I unfortunately live paycheck to paycheck as does most of America so I think a slightly lower price would make it so much more attainable to the general public!

Being in different time zones all the time , I have a sleeping pattern that's out of wack. I've tried other melatonin products out there but I still struggle somewhat. These gummies however are a different ball game, I'm usually asleep within 20 mins after taking them compared to nearly an hour or more from normal melatonin products. I also really like the idea of having melatonin and magnesium combined into one gummy. Much like the rest of the lemme range the gummies are super tasty it's almost too good to be true !!

I take two every night and it definitely has helped me to sleep better. Normally I wake up 2-4 times a night and have a very hard time falling asleep. Sense starting these gummies I am able to fall asleep easily and I sleep much better through the night. I wake up the next day feeling well rested.
