I've found these not only help me to fall asleep but they really help me to stay asleep. As someone that normally wakes up middle of the night and then can't fall back asleep these have been immensely helpful in me getting a full night's sleep unbroken.

My wife bought these, I tried a few nights. I stopped to write this review on my way to buy myself a bottle. I have kids so I wake up 1-2 times a night every night, and the 3 or 4 times I've eaten these, I've basically been sleepwalking to their room... also like 27-30 minutes in, I feel the melatonin choke me out.

These are legit. I work a crazy schedule and I'm on the road a lot so I HAVE to be in bed about 6:30pm to ensure I'm sleep by 8. I take these by 7pm. Once this kicks in, I'm having a good nights sleep and not tossing and turning either. Which is also important bc I'm perimenopausal. I don't play about my sleep! I have these on subscription now. I have been using lemme sleep since they first came out. I should preface that I have been on and off prescribed sleep medicine for years. I don't know what kind of sorcery is in these gummy‘s but after I take them within 30 minutes, I cannot keep my eyes open. I love them so much!!! I love these...they taste great (almost like candy) and within 30 minutes of chewing two of these, I am getting drowsy and ready to nod off. These are very helpful to me as I sometimes struggle with anxiety which makes it hard for me to fall asleep. Good value for the money, and works well...I am very happy!

I actually have been struggling with my sleep for about 2 years now. It's been hard for me to turn my brain off at the end of the night, and my lack of sleep was affecting other areas of my life.
