I've tried a lot of different sleep remedies but after a few times it just stops working. Lemme Sleep is the only product that I found that has worked for me. I'm drowsy with in the hour of taking it and when I sleep it's deep, heavy, lasting and I don't get up groggy. Great product.

Please don't waste your money on these. Instead buy actual sleepy pills. Most of the time the gummies rarely ever work. This was my second lemme purchase and I typically have trouble sleeping at night. I thought these would help but they have made my sleep schedule WORSE. Horrible. BAD. I sleep for a few hours after taking these and wake up around 2-3 am. You are practically a zombie. My sleep schedule has completely gone down hill after taking these. I was much better not taking these gummies at all. Only good thing is the taste. That's really all. What sucks too is that I did so much research in the reviews and everyone liked it. Don't waste your money.

I do love other vitamins offered from Lemme, but I think you can save your money on the sleep ones. 5g of melatonin, and not the proper form of magnesium. These gummies have magnesium citrate in them, which is mainly used for constipation. I would've preferred these have magnesium glycinate, but that was my bad for not fully reading the label I suppose

THE ABSOLUTE BEST !! I saw it on tik tok and figured it was just something once again they were just trying to get you to buy but it's very hard for me to sleep and I've tried multiple things and with me having a high tolerance these gummies put me on my butt fr ! So these are def worth it !

This truly feels like a treat to have before bed. It tastes great, not too sweet, and soft. It worked a lot quicker than I had expected (I took 2 gummies as recommended.) And my eyes were really heavy after 20 minutes, I was struggling to stay awake to finish my show. That was the best night of sleep I've had in months... I slept so peacefully like a child and deeply that night. I literally felt like a new person when I woke up lol. I'm the type of person that struggles with restless leg and gets nightmares often. For two years (2021-2023) I struggled with nightmares very night and it took a toll on me mentally and physically. I noticed last night I knew I was gunna have a hard night with nightmares (I can just feel it now if I'm gunna have a bad night of sleep) so I took these and man... I will forever be a customer. They actually make me sleep, but the problem I'm having is every time I get up in the morning I'm dizzy. I've tried taking them earlier maybe I'm not getting giving myself enough sleep, but it seems that no matter what time I take it I wake up dizzy.
