I tried it unrefrigerated because that's how it came, but maybe it would be better in the fridge. It gets two stars because the packaging makes it portable for travel and is cute.

If I don't end up eating this in one go, I refrigerate it, and it is a great snack. The packaging makes it very easy for a quick and easy on the go snack. The downside is that the texture is not very consistent. It will be thick and creamy like greek yogurt, but then I would task small clumps.

It's interesting that you don't have to store them in the fridge, but I will say that they are definitely better enjoyed cold. The texture is thick, kind of like yogurt. This product reminds me a little of gogurt but thicker. The packaging is very good for cleanliness; it's nice to not need a spoon. I'd say these are good for kids or for busy adults on the go who want a healthy option

After some time, my fiancé and I noticed that it leaves some sort of bitter/weird taste in your mouth. We weren't a fan of that. Although it is convenient with it being small and portable, and having a cap that is able to screw on and off, I wouldn't get it again due to the aftertaste. It has a good portion, and a long shelf life of about a year. Good sweetness when you're first eating it. Overall, it just depends on your liking and whether or not you'd mind an aftertaste.

What I really love about these snacks though, is that the cap allows them to be resealable! The flavor packs a good punch and it is really nice knowing i'm eating a good amount of protein in such a delicious snack. The small pouch fills me up just enough to get my day going. Overall, I highly suggest these as a snack for both an adult and for children!

You can also easily reseal them with the cap and no mess will be made. The texture is great, slightly thick compared to other yogurts and feels more like a mini meal. The flavor is great as well not too sweet but just right for the target audience. I would purchase again 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grabbed this as a post workout snack, and was thrilled at the macros (10g protein / 110 calories). I wanted something that could be taken with me on the go and tasted good. The packaging stores easily in the fridge to grab as you head out, and the squeeze pouch was presumably designed to limit mess on the go. Unfortunately, I did not love the taste or texture of the product. Because the hole is so small, and the way the product is eaten, it leads to a kind of texture that I did not appreciate. I sometimes have aversions to dairy products plain, so I did squeeze it out in to a bowl and top with some crunchy cereal and blueberry preserves. Nevertheless, the strawberry flavor of this yogurt tasted wrong. I feel sad because this is a great healthy snack that would have fit seamlessly into my lifestyle. If you don't care too much about taste these are a great option.

These are a no for us. The consistency is incredibly dense, like very, very thick yogurt %26 then you add in the whey protein. It's not even easy to squeeze out of the pouch. The flavor is okay.. you can get some fruitiness, but it's like the LaCroix fruit flavor. You know it's there, but you're looking for it. I really wanted these to be a good option for my kids, but we won't be buying these again (or consuming the rest we purchased). I just want to share an honest review because when I'm trying new products I go straight for the reviews to see what to expect, %26 these reviews were not helpful.
