There's a mixed berry flavor and strawberry. They're so convenient and easy to grab. You can put them in your purse and lunches or anywhere on the go. They're very tasty.

However by the third one I can understand the usefulness of the product. It's super easy to just take it with you on the go and isn't messy in any way. The flavors are pretty tasty too . I think I'd purchase these down the road for sure.

As marathon runner and I found this to be a convenient way to pack post-run protein. The texture is like a thick yogurt. However, the flavor is why I gave it four stars instead of five. I think it could taste a little better. It is pretty low calorie for having 10g of protein so that may impact the flavor. Overall it's a good product and definitely useful if you need more easy and quick protein-packed foods in your diet.

They have good flavor. But I wasn't expecting any liquid to be in each pouch, which is a little off-putting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an abomination of “yogurt”. It doesn't claim to be yogurt it's a “dairy protein snack”. Do yourself a favor and stay at least 10 feet away from these things. I almost threw up when I sucked this down. It tastes rancid and sour and the liquid separates. I'm just gonna throw the box away because nobody deserves the trauma I endured when I ate this.

My kids (7 and 11) love a pouch and are super active so we're always looking for high protein snacks, but this was inedible. The texture is so thick and dry and chalky, they both took a couple of bites and immediately spit it out. We tried getting them cold and they were still weird and gross. Overall would not recommend.
