I would like to say it is on the thicker consistency and I had to rinse my mouth out shortly after eating as it left a weird taste in my mouth. Protein wise, it's not necessarily high protein (10g of protein but 110 calories) but if you just need protein and don't care too much about the calories I would say it's worth it.

It has a very thick, chalky texture and an overall protein-forward taste. I also noticed the strawberry flavor is very faint. Someone more used to eating protein may enjoy this more than me.

The texture is thick. It gives a cheesecake, cream cheese texture. The sweetness is like regular yogurt.

These are the absolute worst things I have ever tried. They are super thick and dry and taste almost spoiled like. Very foul taste. My 3 year old and 11 month old took one bite and refused them, I tried eating them and I couldn't force myself to finish even one.
