They are compact and easy to take on the go. The portion size is good as well as the nutrition facts. They do not have that much added sugar. As for the taste they are more of an acquired taste but still delicious!

Compared to their regular one, it wasn't too delicious but not too bad. It's an average snack and I don't think I'd repurchase unless I need to get some protein goals in.

My kids (7 and 11) love a pouch and are super active so we're always looking for high protein snacks, but this was inedible. The texture is so thick and dry and chalky, they both took a couple of bites and immediately spit it out. We tried getting them cold and they were still weird and gross. Overall would not recommend.

It's like all of the popular yogurt cups but so easy to take anywhere. I love having one of this in the morning. No mess and the packaging lets me throw it in by bag!
