Some of the ingredients weren't super clean and the texture in the beginning was funky. I was able to enjoy during a busy day of work when I had little time in between meetings.

The yogurt itself is thick like Greek yogurt and tart. There isn't a weird aftertaste just a tartey feeling. I love how much protein these have. It's such an easy and protein filled snack.

I would like to say it is on the thicker consistency and I had to rinse my mouth out shortly after eating as it left a weird taste in my mouth. Protein wise, it's not necessarily high protein (10g of protein but 110 calories) but if you just need protein and don't care too much about the calories I would say it's worth it.
