I think this is a great snack on the go. I even tried to freeze them to get a popsicle texture and even that was good! I recommend!

Not my cup of tea when it comes to the texture 🥲 I'm really picky when it comes with textures in food it and this was not my favorite. It was like chewing yougurt haha but my family did enjoy them and they are a great source of protein!

The thick consistency and taste are most similar to yogurt. It has 10g protein and helps fill me up between meals, after a workout, or at the end of the day. Would definitely pack this for work (shift work).

The yogurt itself is thick like Greek yogurt and tart. There isn't a weird aftertaste just a tartey feeling. I love how much protein these have. It's such an easy and protein filled snack.
