It was a strawberry flavor, great consistency (with none of the chalky protein after taste) & 10 grams of protein making it a satiating snack for all ages! The yogurt dissolves right in your mouth & both kids & adults alike always reach for these when they are in our fridge! The pouch packaging makes it so convenient for on-the-go snacks, and makes it accessible to eat for all ages! I highly recommend these to anyone looking for some more nutritious snacks to fill their fridge!

I love how the packaging looks, the ingredients aren't too bad, and despite being yogurt that doesn't need to be refrigerated, it smells and tastes really fresh and delicious. I let my kiddo try it and she loves it. It's easy to just pack up and take wherever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grabbed this as a post workout snack, and was thrilled at the macros (10g protein / 110 calories). I wanted something that could be taken with me on the go and tasted good. The packaging stores easily in the fridge to grab as you head out, and the squeeze pouch was presumably designed to limit mess on the go. Unfortunately, I did not love the taste or texture of the product. Because the hole is so small, and the way the product is eaten, it leads to a kind of texture that I did not appreciate. I sometimes have aversions to dairy products plain, so I did squeeze it out in to a bowl and top with some crunchy cereal and blueberry preserves. Nevertheless, the strawberry flavor of this yogurt tasted wrong. I feel sad because this is a great healthy snack that would have fit seamlessly into my lifestyle. If you don't care too much about taste these are a great option.

That being said, the flavor and texture were not for me. It was quite thick, and not too sweet which was nice, but it was almost too thick and a bit goopy.

The mixed berry flavor tastes good-not too sweet-and the consistency is smooth and easy to eat . I like that it has 10g of protein,which keeps me full for a while The only downside is that it ‘s a bit pricey for the size,but overall it's a great option for busy days

Not my cup of tea when it comes to the texture 🥲 I'm really picky when it comes with textures in food it and this was not my favorite. It was like chewing yougurt haha but my family did enjoy them and they are a great source of protein!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the GOGO applesauce pouches as a quick snack for on the go, so was excited to try these! I was curious how they would taste as it is a dairy product, but also shelf stable. I will say flavor wise it tastes really good, the flavor is strong and reminds me of something I used to have when I was a kid (can't remember the name though). However when I first open them, it is pretty chunky at the top before it becomes smooth, the snack itself is very thick and hard to get out. The chunks were questionable, I thought it was rotten but the flavor wasn't horrible and it was only the first bite, so not sure if that's a normal thing.
