I bought this to support an after-hours program at Scout Camp, lighting up the rifle range. It worked fine with no complications.

I bought this product to do parallel operations with my Westinghouse iGen4500dfc when boondocking in the RV. The Westinghouse iGen4500dfc works great and expecting the same service from the iGen2550.

The provided start up literature is excellent. It is detailed and easy to follow. The product is a great compact device the fulfills all of the requirements that I purchased it for. Mechanically sound and easy to operate.

Took delivery and the generator would only stay running for 5 seconds and then turn off. I made sure there was oil and fresh gas. I believe it's a faulty oil sensor. I see a code of 0L.

worked great for the 3 day power outage we had to deal with. Kept the fridge running and gave us access to have 1 of the rooms have full power.(TV, Computer, modem, lights,)

Nice size generator. Very quite with light load, but larger than expected with load. Nice data, but prefer readout in gallons. Like the 30amp plug, but need more than 1 to get full 30 amps.

Packs a good punch for a lightweight and affordable generator. After trying other generators, this one gets it done for me. It's the perfect accessory for power outages when trying to run small appliances.

I bought it last week after the power went out along the Colorado front range. It worked flawlessly and thankfully saved the ice cream!! It was a little louder than I expected but no louder than my next door neighbor's. I recommend using a regular funnel and tipping the unit a bit to avoid a spill. The included funnel with many ribs dripped when removing it. The included oil was just the right amount. I didn't need to check the level many times while filling the first time. If you overfill, it's easy to dump some oil out😃

I purchased this in order to be able to install and paint fences, and have used this to power a paint sprayer and an air compressor that I use to shoot fence nails and/or staples when building fences. This generator provides plenty of power for these small applications and runs an entire workday on a singles tank of gas. Not only that, this generator is quiet enough that you can talk over it without shouting. It starts easily, runs smoothly, and still kept working even after I accidentally doused it in fence paint. I highly recommend this model.

I bought this to use when camping in areas without power -remote backcountry areas. Like many others I was attracted to this unit because of its dual fuel capabilities and affordable price point. From the get-go, it has been nothing but problems trying to get this unit running consistently. Wondering whether I will get it started each time (and whether it will run properly) gives me severe anxiety. I need this unit to be reliable. When this is your only source of power, your lifeline in the backcountry or during a power outage, this is unacceptable. Each time I run this I have to play with the choke, play with the propane, turn the unit on and off again, and struggle until I nearly wrench my back. I have changed the oil, spark plug, air filter …and taken all of the recommended steps for troubleshooting. I think I will be selling this to someone who wants to dissect it and purchase something better…which at this point would be anything that actually works. I thought Westinghouse was a great brand based on reviews, but I should've focused more on the problematic ones, of which there are many. Buy once, cry once.
