I purchased this last year but did not register it then. This is my second Westinghouse inverter generator. I loved my last one. We sold our RV and subsequently sold the generator. We purchased a new RV and didn't hesitate on buying another Westinghouse.

I love this generator! It runs really quiet, and I had it running for 12 hours straight on Eco mode with no issues. I also really like the digital display that shows how much run time you have left—it’s a small feature, but really helpful. No complaints at all. I’m hoping to upgrade to the 5000 once the money allows. After using this one, I’ll definitely be sticking with this brand for my future generators.

I purchased this Generator when we experienced a power outage. It was the last one on the shelf, and I was nervous that I did not have other options to compare to. It has run perfectly and above my expectations. It starts on one pull, is quiet with minimal exhaust smell.

After a disaster of a storm a friend's house was flooded, I bought the igen2550 and pumps, and ran it over a couple of days, set up was simple, generator ran great with impressive fuel efficiency. No problems yet, it saved the day. Love the fact parts lists and schematics come with the system. Nice job Westinghouse!@

Great unit so far. Started on the 1st pull after adding the oil and fuel and ran at full load for 3 days after a bad storm and power outage. Saved all our frozen meat and gave us useful power for other things. Lightweight and easy to use. No problems at all with it and now safely tucked away for the next emergency.

I bought this 2 months ha ago. Have not yet tried it out. Love the dual fuel comparability. Only issue was registering it from an international location specifically México. The required field of state purchased listed only USA states and no option to fill out the purchase application n a Mexico State. Forced to choose military state to continue warranty registration.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago because the power went out due to the storms. I used it for the first time a day ago and it performed very well. I used it to plug in my refrigerator, a couple of lamps, a fan, an air fryer, and my CPAP. It ran through out the night. Didn't get the low fuel notification until 11 hours later.

I am giving a 4 star review because I just got the unit a couple days ago and have not had it long enough to experience it long term. With that said, once I got it out of the box, inspected it and found everything to be as advertised, I filled it with oil and gas and with one pull it was running perfectly. I did plug in a few things, some larger loads, and it worked perfectly. It is going with us on an off grid trip in a couple of weeks, I an update my review at that time. Seems to be a great unit. just bought this inverter generator today. Started the break in period today and will finish tomorrow. So far the generator runs well and is not as load as other generators. The only thing i noticed is that the digital display is 50% blocked by attaching the tt30 plug.

Purchased to use at whole camping at EAA AirVenture. The break-in period went smoothly, although it seemed a bit louder than I had expected. The first morning of use at AirVenture went as expected, but every use after that was a struggle. That evening I started it and walked away. After a few minutes, it died. I restarted it and it died within seconds. This time I was able to see the low oil indicator. I checked the oil and it was fine. After manipulating the unit a bit, it started and stayed running. The next evening, similar situation. I started it, but it died within seconds. I messed with it until it finally stayed running again, but no clear rhyme or reason why. The next attempt to run it was a similar situation. Now that I'm home, I'll be able to take a closer look at it. I'll change the oil and see if that helps. I'll inspect the low oil sensor circuit to see if there's and short circuit to ground causing it to die. If neither of them help, I'll be reaching out for a replacement low oil level sensor.
