I purchased this last year but did not register it then. This is my second Westinghouse inverter generator. I loved my last one. We sold our RV and subsequently sold the generator. We purchased a new RV and didn't hesitate on buying another Westinghouse.

I bought this 2 months ha ago. Have not yet tried it out. Love the dual fuel comparability. Only issue was registering it from an international location specifically México. The required field of state purchased listed only USA states and no option to fill out the purchase application n a Mexico State. Forced to choose military state to continue warranty registration.

The first one I purchased had the oil level sensor fail within one month. They sent me a new one but this one has also failed 6 months later. This one they won't warranty and under no load it does not idle, it lopes (hunts). For the record I run this generator 10 hours a day almost everyday in the summer and 1/2 hour everyday when I don't need cooling.

I love this generator! It runs really quiet, and I had it running for 12 hours straight on Eco mode with no issues. I also really like the digital display that shows how much run time you have left—it's a small feature, but really helpful. No complaints at all. I'm hoping to upgrade to the 5000 once the money allows. After using this one, I'll definitely be sticking with this brand for my future generators.

I bought the i2550 to replace a worn out Honda eu2000i. I didn't want to spend the money to buy another Honda, so I did my research and the i2550 fit my needs. The unit starts on first pull and is very quiet. What impressed me is that the generator has better fuel economy than my Honda.

just bought this inverter generator today. Started the break in period today and will finish tomorrow. So far the generator runs well and is not as load as other generators. The only thing i noticed is that the digital display is 50% blocked by attaching the tt30 plug.

I just purchased this iGen2550 and have not had an opportunity to use it. It comes well packaged with the oil, sparkplug wrench, funnel, screwdriver and parallel cables. After adding oil and gas, the generator started on the second pull of the rope. The generator ran quietly and smoothly. I gave it 4 stars only because I have not actually used it for any length of time.

After a disaster of a storm a friend's house was flooded, I bought the igen2550 and pumps, and ran it over a couple of days, set up was simple, generator ran great with impressive fuel efficiency. No problems yet, it saved the day. Love the fact parts lists and schematics come with the system. Nice job Westinghouse!@

Bought to run my travel trailer. Overall happy with performance. Disappointed it will not run my AC even with soft start installed. My AC is listed as 12 amps and 1600 watts so it should work. I have decided to keep this generator for now but may upgrade in the future.

Great unit so far. Started on the 1st pull after adding the oil and fuel and ran at full load for 3 days after a bad storm and power outage. Saved all our frozen meat and gave us useful power for other things. Lightweight and easy to use. No problems at all with it and now safely tucked away for the next emergency.
