The Westinghouse iGen2550 Portable Inverter Generator produces 2,550 peak watts and 1,900 running watts, making it perfect as an emergency backup for home use or for recreational use. The iGen2550 can simultaneously power most refrigerators and large appliances as well as any home necessities you may need while traveling. Powered by a 4-Stroke OHV Westinghouse engine, the iGen2550 is engineered to automatically adjust its engine speed to produce only the amount of power needed for enhanced fuel efficiency. It’s lightweight and convenient, weighing 46 lbs. with a built-in carrying handle for easy portability. The iGen2550 has an ultra-low tone for community-friendly use, operating as low as 52 dBA which is quieter than the average conversation. Unlike traditional generators, the iGen2550 safely powers sensitive electronics like plasma/LCD televisions, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices by producing clean, stable power at less than 3% THD. If you need more power, the iGen2550 is parallel capable. The iGen2550 has built-in safety features including low oil shutdown and overload protection while backed by a 3-year limited warranty and lifetime technical support.

PERFECT FOR CAMPING
I purchased this last year but did not register it then. This is my second Westinghouse inverter generator. I loved my last one. We sold our RV and subsequently sold the generator. We purchased a new RV and didn't hesitate on buying another Westinghouse.

Awesome Generator for the price
I love this generator! It runs really quiet, and I had it running for 12 hours straight on Eco mode with no issues. I also really like the digital display that shows how much run time you have left—it’s a small feature, but really helpful. No complaints at all. I’m hoping to upgrade to the 5000 once the money allows. After using this one, I’ll definitely be sticking with this brand for my future generators.

Mobility and power.
I purchased this Generator when we experienced a power outage. It was the last one on the shelf, and I was nervous that I did not have other options to compare to. It has run perfectly and above my expectations. It starts on one pull, is quiet with minimal exhaust smell.
