Was pretty happy with this generator out of the box. One very light pull and the generator started right up. However, the first time we went to use it, we began having issues. The generator won't stay running. I've tested the generator with an 1800 watt hair dryer, and then unit will run for a couple minutes. However, if I switch the hair dryer off for a few seconds, then turn it back on, the generator backfires and quits running. It then takes several hard pulls to get it running again. Usually I have to let it sit for a few minutes before trying to start it again. Something is not right with this.

The unit is extremely quiet and a breeze to operate. I've used it for many small jobs outside that aren't accessible to electricity.

Generator arrived in perfect condition, not even a scratch on the box. All Contents were packaged properly and generator runs like a charm.

Has enough power for my popup camper, and light enough for me to carry and lift when needing to store.

Bought this to run our camper and it's done great. really like the extra features like the run time and what's left.

Bought igen2550 yesterday. Opened box and tried generator for about 30 minutes. Worked flawless. very quit

Generator works great and is quiet. Under a load of 500 watts, a full tank does not last thru the night. This is the only complaint I have.

This model worked great out of the box and has plenty of power and flexibility and was easy to start, setup and operate. We ran this outside a window about 20 feet from the entrance and it was noticeable but not offensive.

We just bought it and plan to use it on our roadtrip this coming August to Michigan. So far it looks good and sturdy. Will do another review after the roadtrip.

Ran my sump pump lights and charged my phones with ease. I love the lights so you can see the control panel in the dark and also the gauge for power use and fuel level. Also it is pretty quiet.
