Great Customer support. Until was re-called and after reregistering on-line, I was contacted stating since there were no repair close to my house so they sent me out a replacement, This was done prior to return of the unit I had so I could use the packing from it to send the other one back. Westinghouse also paid for shipping back. I have only used the generator a few times but has performed without any issues so far.

Light weight, lot's of features, including digital display of fuel level, output, run time, load level. Pretty much everything you'd need or like to have. Also has the ECO feature to reduce fuel consumption and noise level based on load. And at a very good price point.

I own a larger inverter generator, and I'd like it so much. I decided to buy a second one that is more portable for camping, road trips, or working on my land. My off grid cabin has no access to electricity unless I use a generator or solar panel, so this is what I have powering my tiny home.

I purchased this to have for small/short power outages. Since my power goes out some times for more than a few hours but less than 8 hours, I wanted something small to hookup just my refrigerator and a light. This is perfect. It's small enough and love how quite it is. Love dual fuel option, but will only be using propane probably.

Has the power & all other options of Honda inverter, but much lower price. Good 3yr warranty. Easy to understand instructions. Best of all this generator is under 50Lbs and thus light enough for me to pick up by myself and put in trunk of a small car.

Watched many videos and reviews on this inverter before purchasing but still couldn't imagine how quiet it was until I first used it. It is very easy to move around and start by yourself. The display for fuel level, output wattage, time remaining, and running voltage is why I decided on this one vs the next model cheaper. It is easy to see from a distance without going outside to check the fuel. I bought this for running my sensitive electronics while my larger generator powers the rest of my house. I look at it this way, this inverter generator is cheaper than buying a new smart tv that could break due to using dirty, unfiltered, unregulated power coming from a conventional generator.

Temporary Power during utility outage, camping, and for power tools when in remote locations. The unit fired up in a couple polls after removing from box filling with supplied oil checking spark plug air filtera and filling with fuel. Tested it with various electrical loads including multiple shop lights electric fan and a 1 hp air compressor. Has a nice display for fuel level power level voltage an estimated runtime all nice features. Verified the voltage and frequency with a true RMS fluke meter. Voltage reading was accurate within .5 V running at 121 to 122VAC and frequency was steady at 60.05 hz under varying load conditions conditions. Unit is quite quiet and had reasonable sound level at maximum load much better than older Open frame generator. Very nice and a good value compared to much more expensive Honda and Yamaha. Time will tell if it has the same sort of durability of those units.

New in box. 9/19/2017 made 1st oil and fuel fill. Noticed residual of oil on stick before any fill. Is that normal? Attempted 1st startup same day, 9/19/2017. After several pulls, gasoline ran out of unit and all over driveway. Float bowl drain screw was open (per advice from online chat). Instructions do not ever mention to check the float bowl drain screw before startup. It is only opened to drain the gas. Closed screw, aired out generator with fans for several hours as well as cleaned driveway. Unfortunately, wife came out at this time and you can only imagine her concern. The entire back of the house smelled like gasoline. She was now calling the city recycling to see if they would promptly haul the generator away as I am at the same time trying to reach Westinghouse tech support. Next startup is now successful, however still makes some odd deep puff sounds during idling? Is this normal? Ran with no load for 30 minutes. Added about 330 watts for over an hour, then added and ran a small 5,000 btu a/c for over an hour. Slowly removed loads and let gen idle for 5-10 minutes. Still noticed deep puff sounds during the idling. Final step, turned gen dial to off, but unit would not turn off. Finally turned dial to choke and system sputtered off. I think I need a replacement and it must be guaranteed new. I have too much concern and suspicion about this unit.

I purchased this generator for two reasons. First since we live in Florida I wanted a dependable unit to have in case of a power outage from a hurricane. Second we enter our community golf cart Christmas parade every year. And this year we needed a generator to power all of our lights.

Initial impressions are quite good. Seems to have a better overall fit and finish compared to my WH2400i. The entire side can be removed for maintenence which seems much more convenient than my 2400 though valve lash adjustment requiring access to the valve cover still appears to require a more complete disassembly much like the 2400. Love the runtime indicator as it helps to make scheduling maintenance less of a guessing game.
