Never had a generator. Bought this before an incoming winter storm. Out of the box this generator was easy to set up and get running. Only complaint I have is filling the oil tank, the manual said many times don't overfill so I kept checking and checking until I used the whole bottle and finally the dipstick showed an oil level. Why not just say the bottle included is the right amount. After that put gas in and it started easily. Was able to plug in an appliance within a minute of it running. Works great. Definitely glad I made the purchase.

Used it during 3 weeks as home backup power after hurricane Maria struck PR leaving the Island off the power grid. In average I used it daily for 12 hours powering a refrigerator, 1-55" LED TV, 1-40" LCD TV, 8-16Watt Lamps, 2-big fans, 1 800W Expresso coffee brewer running 6 mins. cycle in the morning, and washing 2 laundry loads per week, charging my cel. phones, tablets and laptop. Very quiet and fuel efficient giving an average of 12 hours per 1 gallon of gas. Extremely satisfied with it's performance.

Put the oil in and gas and it started on the second pull. Runs smooth and I would consider it to be very quiet, now the heavier the load the harder it runs the more noise it makes, but if you are using small appliances and can run it on eco mode it is just a little purr. I have very high expectations for this little guy. I purchased this for power outages so we won't lose everything in our refrigerator and freezer. Also we expect it to be useful with our small travel trailer

Needed a Generator on the quick and hit Menards during a bad power outage and found this affordable gem. This little darling was able to power the refrigerator, 2 fans, 2 TV's and Firesticks with ease. I'm sure I could throw a bunch more at it. Quiet as well!

Bought this generator for a sailboat & travel trailer. Very impressed by starting very 1st pull out of the box and is extremely quit. I was hoping it would run the AC on the trailer and sailboat. I tried running the A/C on the travel trailer but after a few tries I only got it to start once or twice, every other time it would trip the generators overload. I will purchase a soft start for the A/C units which should allow the units to run. I didn't want a larger heavier generator and this is the most powerful rated unit I could find only weighting 48lbs.

We had some big storms come through and knock out power for a few days. After 24 hours out I purchased this Generator. This easily powered my fridge and full size deep freezer. Plus we were able to run another cable inside to power. our entertainment center. Very quiet! This will come in handy going camping.

Brand new unit right out of the box, built 11/24. The box and unit looks clean and in good condition. Set it all up per the manual. The unit starts, adjust choke, engine sounds healthy, says it's providing power, then within a few seconds (no load) it shuts down. I have only tried running off of propane since that is the only way I intend to use it. Checked the air filter, oil level, the carb drain, the fuel and air connections all look solid, spark plug is fine just a bit under the .8mm gap. The propane regulator seems to be working as far as I can tell. This model has thousands of good reviews online, so probably just a defect. Will be going through the warranty process.

I bought it for Camping to charge the boat after day of trolling. Got it delivered late had o postpone trip. Started unit after 60 pulls on Propane. I began a 3hr break in in 92 degree weather. It never shut down me and ran great. Have to have full choke on to start. Unit looks sweet to.

Packaged great, comes with oil and a small tool kit as well as cables for multiple inverters. Put oil in after reading all instructions, added a small amount of gas being I knew I wouldn't be using it full time for a few months yet. Gave a few short prime pulls and then 2 pulls later boom - up and running. I put my grinder on it to test for load and noise and was extremely impressed. So far I'd say I got a great machine.
