[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is just ok. It has great brewing and grinding options but has a few flaws. The coffee basket needs to be eased into place or it will not close properly and the water tank seems to slide in easily but sometimes doesn't connect properly, you will have to lift it and re-set it a few times for the water to pump through. After the brew is done, it doesn't seem to keep heating the pot so if you don't pour right away, your coffee is cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was beyond excited to try this out as I always tend to only have one cup of coffee at a time unless I am entertaining, but have always hated how coffee tastes coming from a Keurig. Let me first start off with, I am in LOVE with this machine!!! It's a little on the larger size because it has a water tank attached and a built in grinder (but you can use it without the grinder option.) So many options for brewing, including the exact amount to brew, the brew strength, the brew temperature, and even a bloom time (for all of those baristas out there that know what that means!) It even has an app to connect the machine to WiFi and you can control it from anywhere! The one down side is that none of the parts are dishwasher safe, which is a pain for cleaning. Oh! And I had an issue with the water tank leaking at first, but I realized I over tightened the water filter holder as the directions were not clear on how to install. Overall, I wouldn't change getting rid of my previous coffee maker to keep this as my only way to brew coffee!!!

I love that it grinds the coffee there on the spot and you can make a full or just a cup if you like. I have this in my office and absolutely love it, and it has saved me so much money and buying coffee at the shop.

I have always loved the idea of having fresh ground beans to use every time I wanted coffee, however it always felt like there were too many steps to the process. With the new GE Grind and Brew they have made the process so easy, I have fresh ground beans even if I just want one cup. I love to use the delay brew feature during the weekdays so my coffee is ready when I am. My partner goes to work 2 hours before I do, and the insulated carafe keeps the coffee piping hot, so both of us can have a hot mug of coffee on our way into work. This definitely feels and looks like a high end appliance, because it is. The only issue I've had thus far is the mechanism for the filter basket seems to have gotten off-kilter in shipping, making closing the filter basket more difficult than it should be. But it being a GE Profile product, I am sure they will fix the issue in no time.

Adding beans to the hopper is easily done by pressing and lifting the edge of the lid. The coffee maker brews exceptional coffee!

It is so helpful to be able to have that built in. I also love that the water tank is in the back so you don't have an eyesore on your counter. It is so easy to clean and I love that you can only make one cup! This is a perfect addition to my appliances!

Was having some complications with the machine, GE is definitely making it right.

We loved it while we had it, but it broke after 30 days.
