The coffee beans are ground very finely and retain their aroma. The boiling process also does not take much time. If you like strong coffee, this is a perfect choice. It is also easy to clean and does not make much noise. I hope they will change the size to be more compact and convenient in the future

It can make.a.cup or a.carafe. it is easy to clean after each use. It has a water filter. Coffee was delicious. One side note. This machine would be best on an island counter since you need full access to all sides of the machine.

To begin, let me say that choices for brewing strength make this a game changer! I can have it strong or very strong (light, medium, or dark roast)just by the choice in the easy to use menu on the top of the brewer! It's super quiet only to beep when it's done crafting your specialty brew! I can have ground coffee or beans! I can do a single cup just for myself or 10 cups for myself and others! And now, for the wow factor: you can start grinding or brewing from your phone by connecting the brewer to the easy to use app!!! This truly made a difference on how I take my coffee and is by a high standard a great quality item I would have purchased! I use this every day now! Thank you!

I've been enjoying the GE Profile Grind and Brew Coffee Maker so far! It brews delicious coffee, and the built-in grinder adds an extra level of freshness and convenience. The sleek design also looks great on my counter. That said, I do have a couple of minor complaints. Like others have mentioned, the brew basket can be tricky to close at times. However, my biggest issue—one I’m surprised isn’t mentioned more—is the lack of clearance for travel mugs. You either have to use the carafe or awkwardly force a travel mug in, making it difficult to remove. Just an extra half-inch of space would have made a big difference. Aside from that, I haven’t encountered any major issues, and overall, I’m happy with my purchase!

I love that this coffee maker grinds the perfect amount of coffee beans for the amount of coffee you are trying to make. I haven’t really changed the brew settings too much, but the gold setting makes very good coffee and it’s not bitter. The capability to brew a cup of coffee from my bed via the app is very nice as I’m a new mom.

From gind strength to temperature and strength settings, it's got everything covered. There's even an app to set schedule your morning brew. The single serve brew is great. It takes a few minutes longer than a K-cup, but it's worth the wait. The large removable water tank is way better than top pouring! Only complaints (which are minor) would be lots of parts to clean. The water tank on the back can be awkward with cabinets, but overall, a great coffee maker!

It grinds the coffee fresh on the top part of the coffee machine and it automatically goes to the basket to brew. It has different grind settings, it could grind coffee coarse, really fine or 4 levels in between. It has different brew strength too, different temperatures and brew time. Oh yeah last but not least, It works with Wi-Fi, what! Yes! You could set your preference from your phone. It also works with voice control with Amazon or Alexa. It’s is a very modern, tech savvy coffee machine.

I’ve had this coffee maker for a few weeks and overall was very happy with it. But now all of a sudden, the door won’t stay closed. It pops open at times when it’s grinding, and will also pop open while brewing. I have no idea what’s going wrong, as I am extremely careful to make sure the basket is placed properly and I also confirm that it clicks when it snaps shut. I’m at a loss to know how to resolve this enoying problem. The coffee will be brewing, and for no reason the brewing basket door flies open.
