Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum. I currently have one that is very similar of a different brand so this was a perfect opportunity to test the two side-by-side. I like CleanView's black which is definitely better than the old school gray looking vacuums. The front of the has the clear display of the dirt you are picking up, but satisfies the wife. One of the things I felt was really well designed was the assembly. I was able to visualize the pieces and how they fit and assembled it without tools and without directions. It was fool proof. Switching modes is pretty easy and removing the stick to vacuum corners was good. Okay the main event: I tested in variety of ways. To start, I don't have pets, but we do find lots of hair lying around (Might need to look into my personal hygiene.), I have a toddler, and most of my house is tile, low carpet, and rugs. First I vacuumed one area with just the CleanView and starting up already felt like it had better suction. Then, I vacuumed a new area with my current one and vacuumed the same area with the CleanView. I audibly heard it pick up more dirt, especially in my rugs. This made it the best part. The audible confirmation that it was working not just well, but better than the current one definitely has me choose the CleanView to pick up messes. Performance wins.

It's powerful suction helps pick up the dust in the corner of the hardwood, the dog hair off the carpet and the cheerios in the kitchen. It also moves seamlessly through the thick carpet in the basement. The wand is easy to remove from the vacuum to get the corners and along the edges of the room and the entire base comes off the rolling wheels to easily vacuum the stairs. The large dustbin easily comes off for emptying after you are through with cleaning. Though the vacuum itself is a bit larger and heavier than some other vacuums, it is still manageable, and the high performance and versatility make it worthwhile. This product arrived just in time and I absolutely LOVE it. I've always only had a cat, so i was used to the fluff balls around and he lays on 2 specific blankets. Well, I was watching a family members dog while they were on vacation. I had to dog come to my house as it was more convenient but their dog is allowed on the couch as well as the beds.....I've never seen so much dog hair. Well, i put the CleanView MAX together, put it to the test and went right to work. The sleek design is incredible, the lift off tank was super helpful when I vacuumed all of the furniture. I actually put on one of the attachments and used it on my comforters while they were still on the beds. the suction is incredible and the vacuum works amazingly, i swear it picked up every piece of pet hair. I then used it on the living room carpet (looks new to be honest) and floating hard wood floor in my kitchen, it picked up everything and the kitty litter (which usually fly's around). I also used it on the slate tile floor in my bathroom and the bath mats. I highly recommend this vacuum.

It works great and has great attachments—including a super cool turbo brush attachment, which we used to clean dog hair off the couch. So cool and easy to use! I'm always skeptical of vacuums that say they can clean both hardwood floor surfaces and carpet, as dust/debris always gets missed in the transition, but this vacuum was a pleasant surprise! Not only did it excel at deep cleaning (and getting that stubborn pet hair out of the carpet), but it easily transitioned to my hardwood floors with the push of a button. It's also quiet, lightweight, and easy to store. Definitely not as bulky as my previous vacuum. I really love its sleek design. All in all, I couldn't be happier and know you will love it too! From the moment I started using it, I found that it was better than I expected and made the cleaning process much smoother. One of the notable features for me is the design. The vacuum is not only visually appealing but also very practical. It's really cool how easily you can take apart the entire vacuum for maintenance and cleaning, much like a gun. This design makes it convenient to keep the vacuum in top shape without any hassle. Additionally, I appreciate that the attachments have specific spots on the machine itself. This feature eliminates the frustration of misplacing them or having to search for them when I need them. Everything is organized and readily accessible, which is a huge plus. When it comes to cleaning power, the performance is quite good, though not amazing. It is comparable to other brands I have used in the past. I've learned that giving it a few passes over the same area really helps improve how well it works. Whether it's pet hair or dirt from outside, the vacuum handles it effectively. The vacuum rolls smoothly and is lightweight, making it easy to maneuver around furniture and corners. However, I wouldn't recommend using it frequently for going up and down the stairs, as it feels a bit bulky for that purpose. I tried this vacuum on various surfaces, including hardwood floors and carpets. I found it to be the most effective corded vacuum I've used for both types of flooring. The option to turn the brushes on and off is particularly useful, allowing me to switch between surfaces seamlessly without any issues. This makes it easy to tackle multiple cleaning needs with one machine. My favorite feature of the CleanView® Max Lift-Off is how easy it is to clean and maintain. Almost all of the filters are washable, which adds to its reliability and durability. This means I can keep the vacuum running efficiently without the constant need for replacements. However, I do wish it had a light at the bottom. This would help me spot dirt and dust in hard-to-see areas, particularly in dimly lit spaces, making my cleaning routine even more thorough. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can understand why this vacuum is called CleanView® Max Lift-Off. It lifted off all of my surfaces however the most impressive by far was its performance on my ever shedding wool rug. I have had this rug professionally cleaned, it has been vacuumed more times that I can recall and I have not seen such a full canister after vacuuming it in over a decade. So gratifying! It maneuvered well however it is certainly heavy. I also wish it was a bit more intuitive in terms of being able to tilt off of the upright stance when vacuuming but it is also great that it stays firmly upright when standing alone. It did well with crumbs in the kitchen the hose was excellent for high chair clean up as an upright it was able to reach underneath the table. It did not manage toddler craft scraps as well off the hardwood but did off of the rug. It was above all sturdy and strong and while it was amazing on carpet I think it was also useful on hardwood/tile. Overall, I was thrilled to receive this vacuum through Stellar Product testing panel- it will be a workhorse that will hopefully be with our family for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Misc Notes Pisces sun, Aquarius moon, Libra ascendant I was excited to try this vacuum out because I currently have a vacuum that’s nearly 20 years old. There are some really great features in this vacuum but it overall it comes up short. Pros: 1. The vacuum base pivots really well, rather than just folding up and down, which makes it easier to maneuver. 2. The tank is set a little higher, so the vacuum head can slide under small spaces, like chairs and low shelves. 3. Overall decent suction and cleaning power. 4. Lots of settings, including type of carpet/floor and brush movement, and many add-ons like small brushes. Cons: 1. The main brush appears to be set pretty low and doesn’t move, which makes it tough to maneuver the vacuum on carpets. I have thin rugs and one plush carpet and it was a struggle on all of them. 2. The cord is set really low on the vacuum, which means it ends up tangled under the vacuum head easily. 3. The cord is fairly short. I have a small house and the cord wasn’t long enough to manage a short hallway between bedrooms. 4. Although the vacuum says it has a HEPA filter, I found it kicking up a fair amount of dust as I was cleaning. Overall, this isn’t a keeper for me. While I love the swivel head and ability to get under low furniture, the level of effort required to move the vacuum around is significant. I’d also be concerned about the brushes wearing out faster since they don’t adjust up, even when they aren’t needed.

This vacuum picks up WAY more than our stick vacuum and I'm appalled at how dirty my rugs have actually been. I love the TurboBrush tool; the brush actually spins so I know my couch cushions are getting an extra deep clean, and the HEPA allergen system is a massive bonus with two small children and a dog. I am overall so thrilled with this vacuum. I never thought I would own an upright vacuum but it just packs a punch that my stick vacuum can't measure up to. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box, it was quick & easy to put together. About 3 minutes. Prior to this vacuum, we have had several - varying brands (some high-end), but similar features & structure - and this one has been the lightest in weight. The head of this vacuum is narrower than the ones we’ve had before, which I appreciate for navigating tight spaces. It turns easily & gets under furniture well. It seems a bit quieter than others we’ve had I used it on carpet, tile, and hardwood. There is a switch within arm’s reach to transition from carpet (with brush roller) to hard floors (without the brushes). It’s an easy & obvious switch, relative to my experience with other vacuums. I was impressed (and equally disgusted) with how much dust & debris the vacuum picked up. I used this for first time to vacuum only the upstairs part of our 2-story home. There are 5 rooms (3 bedrooms, an office, and a playroom). It’s mostly carpet, other than the laundry room and 2 bathrooms. The photo shows how much was collected from that first vacuum. The last vacuum (with a different vacuum cleaner) had been about 2 weeks ago. We have 2 young kids, 2 small, non-shedding dogs, and my husband works from home in the upstairs office. Most of our “living” is done downstairs or out of the house, so the upstairs experiences relatively minimal foot traffic. Additionally, my kids and I don’t wear shoes inside the house. Although, my husband often does, despite my efforts to “train” him otherwise. Even so, I was truly surprised by how much this vacuum picked up. Worth noting: one of the filters is “washable,” but the other is not - and will need to be replaced, approximately every 6 months. Locations for both filters are marked, and instructions for cleaning the washable one are included on the canister. The replaceable filter was easy to access by popping off the front cover. So far, I haven’t run into any points of frustration with this vacuum. It vacuums really well, it’s lightweight, quiet, good for small spaces, and seems easy to clean & maintain. It absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I liked that it was very quick & easy to assemble and also loved that it was pretty lightweight, especially for the power it has. I have a number of different surfaces to clean in my house and it was equally effective across all of them including hardwoods, tile, area rugs and wall-to-wall carpeting. It was easy to switch the settings when moving from one surface to a different one. The accessories were helpful, especially in cleaning a couch (love my dog, but she leaves lots of hair!) as well as on our stairs. I didn't have to "go over" any areas a second time because the suction was great. It was a tad quieter than my previous vacuum, but definitely lighter which was nice. One recommendation I'd make is to make the front of the vacuum base angle more narrow so it fits under kitchen cabinets. It didn't go under mine, which wasn't the end of the world since I could easily lift off the wand and clean under the doors. However, it is obviously quicker/easier without using wand.
