Despite being a large corded vacuum, the footprint of it is not as bad as I expected (especially for the power). I am a big proponent in being able to see the dust in the bin, so that was a plus (makes it easy to figure out when I need to empty it). I have two medium-to-large sized dogs with short fur, so their shedding is crazy. I also have a toddler, so our family makes quite a variety of messes. I am happy to report that the vacuum handles pet messes and toddler messes with ease. I have used it on carpet, hardwood, linoleum, as well as rugs - it works well on all surfaces.

I've used this vacuum on four different surfaces and it's passed the test: 1) carpet - this is where I found it most effective, which is definitely a priority. 2) rug - I was very impressed in how much I found in the vacuum canister after vacuuming my medium pile rug 3) wood and floor - while it passed the test and did an effective job cleaning a mess of crumbs in my pantry, I did notice some larger chunks would get grabbed by the brush roller but then shot out the back of the vacuum, even on the hard floor setting. There could be some improvement in this area. 4) curtains/blinds - this was my favorite part! The handle of the vacuum disconnects to reveal the wand! I used the attachment to clean my Roman blinds and they look amazing! My one complaint in this area is the wand is a bit too long and can be unruly, whereas the hose is a little too short to reach the top without some effort The vacuum "feel" is nice, not to heavy but feels rugged. The brush head could be a tad larger to cover more space, and the bin could also be larger for longer runs. I do really love that it has a very reasonable operating volume - it's far quieter than most vacuums I have used, even stick vacuums. Lastly, not a deal breaker, but I wish the power button and the carpet/wood floor button were swapped. It feels more intuitive to have the power on the handle, and I suspect my husband won't notice that he needs to switch the carpet/wood button as he moves between different surfaces because it's just not in a natural line of sight. These are nuances but overall I am very glad to have this vacuum - it's very versatile, easy to use, and effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the CleanView Max Lift-Off for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with its performance! The amount of dust it picked up from my carpet was impressive. The suction power was strong and the carpets were cleaned better than with previous vacuums I've used. The vacuum itself is study, well made and easy to use. I haven't yet used it for hard floors but plan to try that next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a full time stay at home mom of 5 children, I am constantly vacuuming and edging hard floors and carpets. Before I used this vacuum, we had two other vacuums we used interchangeably on the main floor as well as the 2nd and 3rd floor of our home. Downslide of this arrangement was we had to use both vacuums in order to get the job done well. For example, the canister vacuum was great at hard wood floors and edging, it was terrible for vacuuming carpets. Our upright vacuum on the other hand vacuumed carpets perfectly! However, there was no attachment to edge and I never felt comfortable using it on my hardwood floors because I was afraid the brush would scratch the finish. The CleanView Max Lift-Off does what our canister and upright vacuum do but in one! Again, as a stay at home mom tending to her children and the many, many messes throughout the day, this is a game changer as I can rely on one instrument to do a good job without the hassle of using two other vacuums. The suction is great; it is very easy to assemble (I do not typically read instructions fyi); it is lightweight; and no bags needed! This last bit is a huge plus for me- just fill the dust canister and then dump it. How much more convenient can you get? Game changer all around to my cleaning routine in our very busy home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this vacuum. I was amazed by the cleaning power. My husband had vacuumed the house earlier in the day and I was blown away by how much this vacuum still got up afterward (I’ve included a picture of how much we got up in the canister). I tried it on hardwood, carpet, baseboards, and area rugs. It helped me tackle sand and dog hair with ease. It was nice to be able to toggle the suction power for different floor surfaces. It would be nice if this was an automatic feature. The look and design were fine. It isn’t super heavy and the canister is easy to empty. My favorite feature of this vacuum was the lift-off canister and hose so you can clean the stairs and move around the house freely without the bulk of the wheeled base. The turbo brush vacuum attachment stayed on the hose nicely when you tried to use it and did a great job on our carpet and dog bed to remove hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to try out the CleanView® Max Lift-Off through the Stellar Product Panel, and overall, I wasn’t that impressed. While it did have a few positives, there were several areas where it didn’t meet my expectations. The vacuum was easy to maneuver on carpet and did an okay job cleaning, but not as well as my regular vacuum. On my LVP floors, it was harder to push around, though it did still manage to pick up debris effectively. One major letdown was the attachment with the spinning brush. I was hoping to use it on my couch and my dog’s bed, but it constantly stopped spinning and didn’t seem powerful enough for upholstery. I also found it awkward to use with the extension wand since it didn’t swivel or bend, making it hard to reach tight spaces or clean at an angle. The vacuum was easy to empty, and I appreciated that it wasn’t too large overall. However, the bulky base design made it impossible to get under furniture, and again, the attachment didn’t help in that area either. In terms of build, the plastic and parts felt a bit cheap, which added to the overall impression that it’s not the most durable vacuum out there. Unfortunately, I don’t think this would replace my current vacuum or become a go-to in my cleaning routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me say wow! In all my years of adulting, I see why the ultimate adults buy nice household appliances such as this vacuum. The modes low carpet, plush and bare floor are nice because we have all three in the house. You can choose to engage the roller ball and I feel this feature benefited carpets the most because it created more power to get dirt out. As my review title said, navigating this vacuum was so smooth, it was almost like being behind the wheel of a luxury vehicle. Nothing took two hands to do, not even disassembling it down to the hand vacuum feature. I would say one con about the hand held feature is that it isn’t cordless; however, the cord is long enough and it is lightweight enough where the pros outweigh not having a cordless feature. I used it on rug, tile, and would completely assembled. Disassembled to the hand-held, I was able to easily clean the stairs which are carpeted and hardwood and also get on the counter to clean faux plants on top of the cabinets and the vacuum was gentle enough not to destroy them. Because I feel like it would be the most asked for picture, I am attaching one assembled and one down to the hand-held configuration. I also am throwing in a picture of it leaning to show how it does have a good range of motion to navigate spaces.

As soon as we got it put together, I vacuumed the master bedroom, which has some older carpet in it. As we'd vacuumed earlier that week, I thought the carpet was clean and didn't expect much, but woah - this new vacuum pulled a ton of dirt and dust out of the supposedly clean carpets. Our household has 1 mama and 3 little girls - so there's a lot of hair shedding, etc. and this vacuum has been amazing handling that and the inclusion of the silicone strip on the bottom seems to really prevent hair from getting caught up in the beater bar. There is one thing that I wish the vacuum had and that's a telescoping or extendable arm. We have cathedral ceilings in our home and, even on a ladder, I can't get the arm to reach the tallest part of the ceilings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been so impressed with the CleanView Max Liftoff vacuum. Our Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix sheds pretty heavily, especially during the warmer months. I thought our previous vacuum was doing a pretty good job keeping up until I started using this vacuum. Oh MY Goodness! There was so much fur and dust that the other vacuum just was not getting, even with regular use. This vacuum really does the job and it's easy to use! I have used it on our carpet, area rugs, and tile floors and have been really happy with the way it tackles each surface with the different setting options. I have previously had issues with fur getting caught in the brush roll of vacuums, but this vacuum just sucks it right up without getting tangled along the way. I'm so glad to be done with the hassle of trying to get fur out of the roller The hose and liftoff features with the brush and crevice tools are also great for taking care of couches and those harder to reach higher areas and corners, particularly around windows. My only minor complaint would be that this vacuum is a bit heavier and more bulky than the one I had previously. However, it's still easy to use and the added weight is totally worth it to me considering how much better I feel about the cleaning job it is doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As "adulting" as it sounds, I was excited to try out the CleanView® Max Lift-Off as soon as I received it. The first thing I noticed about this vacuum is that it has a powerful suction! With 3 kids, a dog and 90% of my house being carpet, I vaccuum almost every day and need a powerful suction. My current vacuum is ~5 years old and this vacuum picked up a lot of dust that my old vacuum left behind - I was shocked! This vacuum is also very lightweight, which makes vacuuming my stairs easier. This vacuum claims to have a tangle free roller and so far that has held true for me, so that is another pro. There are a couple cons I noticed: 1) The on/off switch is not on the handle, it's down lower on the lift off pod. This seems minor, but I'm often holding my toddler while vacuuming and this makes it harder to turn it on and off and switch from carpet to hard wood floors. 2) I wish the cord were a bit longer. Overall, I think this is a good vacuum for the price!
