[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impression of the CleanView® Max Lift-Off was the product was extremely easy to assemble out of the box and had a good size and weight - not too heavy to move around and not to big to store neatly away! As I have all sorts of flooring and surface types (hardwood, tile, medium carpet, rugs, upholstery on couches and chairs...) I was hopeful it would be able to tackle anything I threw at it. The first thing I noticed when turning it on was the incredible power - it felt like it was sucking up the nails holding the floor down! I went from low carpet to rug to tile to wood floor back to rugs easily with the click of a switch without having to think much about it or turn the vacuum off. I then used all the attachments to get on and in my couches and along the walls (I have a 3.5yo and furbabies... so let's be real - it needed to happen) and the different types of attachments were easy to interchange and use seamlessly. The lift off feature was a dream for this process! By far my favorite feature was the turbo brush attachment! No crumbs, fur, dirt, or woodchips (to name a few!) Stood a chance against that attachment - it was awesome! Another feature I enjoyed greatly is the HEPA sealed/allergen system. With a new baby in the house, it makes me feel good about how things are being cleaned. Definitely a keeper and will be referring friends to this mighty machine! Overall, it's a powerful vacuum that thoroughly cleaned my hardwood, tile, and carpet. It has a sleek and lightweight design that was pretty easy to navigate. It was able to vacuum up cat litter accurately without sending some pieces flying in different directions which I appreciated! The dust bin has a large capacity so I was able to clean my whole home without stopping to empty it. However, my only gripe is that it would sometimes snap back into the upright position while I was vacuuming which required me to stop what I'm doing and step on the base gently to lean it back again to use. This happened to me 3 different times during one use. Besides that, the vacuum worked great!

I am very impressed with this vacuum. It was super quick to put together and took less than a minute to do so. I initially turned it on while it was sitting on my rug and as soon as I turned it on there was SO much gunk and dust getting picked up immediately. I could instantly see so much stuff swirling around in the chamber without even actually moving the vacuum!!! The suction is super strong! I've used it both on hardwood floors as well as carpet/rugs and it's super easy to push, it didn't require any more force on the carpet. I also used the Lift Off detachable pod while vacuuming my stairs and it made that process so much easier and lighter! I will never vacuum my stairs without it, that's definitely the best selling feature, and my favorite part. I don't have any pets, but I have 3 kids. One with allergies and a crawling baby and I trust this vacuum to pick up their messes and keep them safe from dust buildup and junk on the floor.

Let's just say our house can get messy quick between the rainy muddy days, pollen of spring, and constant drops and spills. When I received the vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was almost immediately testing its power. My overall impression was great! I love how lightweight and versatile it is, especially when tackling stairs. The release to remove the base is super easy to do, and made lifting the vacuum up the stairs easier as I did the stairwells. I have very low pile washable rugs and plush carpet in the stairway and hallways, as well as hard wood throughout. It was gentle enough on the hardwood with two settings, one with the brush roll and one that doesn't have the brush roll. I absolutely love that I don't have to switch to a different cleaning system for the hardwoods. My favorite feature was the option to choose between low and high pile carpet and that it was on the handle. I do wish it was a little higher because I did forget about it because it was on the front, but once I figured out my groove, it helped me get up the Bernedoodle hair off my low pile rugs quite easily. Overall, I think this is a great vacuum with versatile cleaning power. I feel cleaner in my home after using it.

Throughout my use of this vacuum cleaner, I was impressed by its ease-of-use, handy features, and overall cleaning power. As a father of three young children, a powerful and versatile vacuum is a necessity. This vacuum was able to tackle every non-liquid-based mess in our entire house. From oatmeal to kinetic sand, this vacuum was able to tackle messes on hardwood floor, carpet, and area rugs with ease. The vacuum comes with a feature that allows you to easily switch between the normal rotating bristle and a suction-only mode. Additionally, the handle has a built-in sliding switch that allows for quick adjustment of suction power based on the surface being cleaned. These features together proved especially useful in seamlessly switching between the hardwood and area rug in our living room. However, my favorite part of this vacuum is it's versatility when using the hose. The hose is built into the handle of the vacuum, and it detaches easily, making for a hassle-free switch between traditional vacuuming to using the hose. The hose comes with a rotating bristle head that was able to clean our couches and suede dining room chairs with ease. But the best part of using the hose is that the entire body portion of the vacuum lifts off the main bristle head, allowing you to carry it with you while you use the hose with ease. This allows you to move about the house, using the hose to get in hard-to-reach places without accidentally pulling the entire vacuum over. As a mom to two messy toddler boys, I definitely value an effective and powerful vacuum. Unfortunately, this one is actually too powerful, which I discovered the first time I used it, when it nearly filled the dust bin with carpet fibers. Hoping it had been a fluke, I tried to vacuum the same area of carpet a second and third time (to make sure), and each time, the strength of the brushroll and suction took up bits and pieces of my carpet. Granted, I live in an apartment, so I'm sure the carpet is not of the highest quality. However, I cannot use a vacuum that destroys my carpet. This vacuum has many pros: - Attractive look and design - Easy assembly/disassembly - Long extension wand - Easy to use - Dust bin is intuitive and easy to empty - Useful accessories - Powerful suction Cons: - Gets a little hot when used - Has a funny smell the first time or two that it's used - Suction/brushroll combination is so powerful that it actually suctions up the carpet itself I am truly impressed with the suction power of this vacuum, so much so that I may keep it so that I can use the extensions to clean things like air vents, baseboards, etc. However, I cannot recommend this vacuum because the main brushroll is so powerful that it is actually destructive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell CleanView® Max Lift-Off I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Relatively compact and easy to use! For a standard vacuum it is the lightest one I've ever owned. Although this is compact and light it still has a lot of power. We have a dog and cat and this vacuum does a great job picking up pet hair. It is very easy to carry up and down stairs and has a unique design that allows for a lot of versatility. The whole handle detatches to become a wand with a hose attached acting like a very different style of vacuum. You can also detach the base and carry it without having to lug the lower brush with it. This is a great function for sweeping solid surface stairs since I generally use the hose. The hose has two attachments, a two-in-one piece that has a retractable brush. This is a really nice feature because there are less detachable pieces to lose! The other piece is a rolling brush, super great for running in tight areas and my house has a lot of those! It cleans great and has a very easy release for dirt. It does get dusty underneath when you release the dirt, but other than that it traps the dirt very well. Works great on both hard and soft surfaces. The attachments make vacuuming on hard surfaces much more efficient and you're not tied to the lower brush only. It's relatively compact and has a long cord. It's a nice lightweight option that allows seamless mobility around the home for swift and easy cleaning. If you're looking for value this a great option for small spaces!

I was blown away at how much ‘stuff' the CleanView Max Lift-Off picked up after I had just vacuumed. Why did I put up with a vacuum that didn't pick everything up? Plus being able to see all the grime and as pretty cool. Having kids that track in all the outdoor things, I was ready to put it to the test after our first trial! It did amazing at cleaning up the dried mud, wood shavings, leaf pieces, etc. The CleanView did great on my area rugs and hardwood floors, however the switching between rug and floor was not great. It left stuff behind when I didn't have enough space to be fully on one or the other. I also trialed it on my carpet but felt like it was heavy and a little bit harder to maneuver. Overall it does a great job when focusing on a specific type of flooring. I love that all the attachments have a home on the machine vs trying to keep track of where I put them when they are needed.
