Customer reviews for Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off Upright Vacuum with HEPA Sealed Allergen System forCleanView Max Lift Off vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying out the CleanView Max Lift-Off I received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was overall impressived with this lightweight but heavy duty vacuum. The design is sleek but also built durable, as I anticipate with all Bissell products. The assembly instructions were easy to follow right out of the box. We live in an “every season is dog hair shedding season” household and this vacuum did wonders on both carpet and hard wood floor spaces we have throughout the house. I love the option to turn on and off the brush roll when I go from carpeted areas to hard wood areas. Although the CleanView Max is lightweight to power was great for picking up dirt, dust, and (an absolutely perk for us) dog hair. Being able to see into the dirt tank is satisfyingly gross but emptying and cleaning the tank was extremely easy. In addition, the CleanView also was able to get under chairs and couches at a great angle without having to readjust. Besides the brush roll option (on or off), I love the attachments that came with this vacuum that connect to the hose. The TurboBrush tool was great for removing dog hair from our couches and chairs. The 2 in 1 dusting Brush and Crevice tool is also amazing for those tight spaces, corners and baseboards!
Lightweight upright vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this upright vacuum! It works great and has great attachments—including a super cool turbo brush attachment, which we used to clean dog hair off the couch. So cool and easy to use! I'm always skeptical of vacuums that say they can clean both hardwood floor surfaces and carpet, as dust/debris always gets missed in the transition, but this vacuum was a pleasant surprise! Not only did it excel at deep cleaning (and getting that stubborn pet hair out of the carpet), but it easily transitioned to my hardwood floors with the push of a button. It's also quiet, lightweight, and easy to store. Definitely not as bulky as my previous vacuum. I really love its sleek design. All in all, I couldn't be happier and know you will love it too! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum.
Definitely SUCKS! In a good way!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely felt my age when Stellar Product Testing Panel provided me with this upright vacuum and I was excited! I pulled it out of the box and was able to assemble it very quickly and easily. I started with it on the carpet in my master bedroom. We have fairly new carpets and we vacuum regularly but the cat spends most of his time in our room. I figured we'd have the most luck with pet hair there. Boy, was I right - and shocked! The canister was full after vacuuming JUST ONE ROOM! I could not believe it. Clearly the suction power on this thing is strong. I emptied the canister and then moved on to my kids rooms. After their three carpeted bedrooms, the landing and the stairs, the canister was full so I emptied it again. I decided to keep going and vacuumed the downstairs. We have three large area rugs (living room, dining, and family room). I also pushed it along the hardwood floors in the kitchen and between the spaces where the rugs don't touch and of course had to empty the canister a third time. While the upstairs was mostly dust and cat/dog fur, the downstairs floors had crumbs from kids, dirt tracked in from outside, and general messes from animals and a family of six. I'd say the power on this vacuum could handle our family! As far as looks and design, it seemed a little small. The canister had to be emptied three times to do my whole house (approximately 3000 sqft.) I like that it is more compact than my usual vacuum; however, I would love to be able to vacuum my whole house without having to stop and empty so often!
My New Favorite Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm honestly impressed with the CleanView® Max Lift-Off by Bissell. With two young kids (2 and 6 years old), a long-haired cat, and a small dog that sheds nonstop, this vacuum has made cleaning so much easier. It's lightweight, sleek, and the lift-off canister is a game-changer for cleaning stairs and hard-to-reach spots. The suction is incredible—it picks up more pet hair than any vacuum I've ever used, and it transitions effortlessly between hardwood floors, carpets, and area rugs. My favorite feature is how easy it is to clean out; the canister empties with no mess, and the attachments help me get into tight spaces like under furniture and along baseboards. Overall, it's powerful, easy to use, and a huge help in keeping my home cleaner with minimal effort. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum that is now a regular part of our family's cleaning routine.
So far so good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've used this vacuum several times now and haven't run into any issues. With three small kids constantly making all kinds of messes on different types of flooring, it's definitely been put to the test. I've used it on area rugs, hardwood, and tile. It's handled a variety of messes—crumbs, dirt, hair, playdough, and even sand. The only thing it really struggled with was the sand, especially the larger bits and tiny rocks. I had to go over those spots a few times and adjust the angle to get it all up. One thing that impressed me was how well it removed half-stuck stickers from both wood and tile floors. If they were completely pressed down, I doubt any vacuum could get them off—but for the partially stuck ones, it did great! It's also really easy to take apart and clean, which I usually do after every 2–3 uses. I typically dread dealing with the roller brush on vacuums because we have two long-haired girls in the house, and the shedding is nonstop. So far, though, I haven't had any trouble with this one—the hair has been easy to remove after each use. My only small complaint is that I wish the cord was just a few feet longer, but that's a minor inconvenience overall.
Lightweight, versatile and a great value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell CleanView® Max Lift-Off I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Relatively compact and easy to use! For a standard vacuum it is the lightest one I've ever owned. Although this is compact and light it still has a lot of power. We have a dog and cat and this vacuum does a great job picking up pet hair. It is very easy to carry up and down stairs and has a unique design that allows for a lot of versatility. The whole handle detatches to become a wand with a hose attached acting like a very different style of vacuum. You can also detach the base and carry it without having to lug the lower brush with it. This is a great function for sweeping solid surface stairs since I generally use the hose. The hose has two attachments, a two-in-one piece that has a retractable brush. This is a really nice feature because there are less detachable pieces to lose! The other piece is a rolling brush, super great for running in tight areas and my house has a lot of those! It cleans great and has a very easy release for dirt. It does get dusty underneath when you release the dirt, but other than that it traps the dirt very well. Works great on both hard and soft surfaces. The attachments make vacuuming on hard surfaces much more efficient and you're not tied to the lower brush only. It's relatively compact and has a long cord. It's a nice lightweight option that allows seamless mobility around the home for swift and easy cleaning. If you're looking for value this a great option for small spaces!
Great machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know you're getting old when you get excited when Stellar Product testing panel chooses you to review a new vacuum. I'll start with the assembly as it was really easy, I was using within minutes of opening the box. My house is a mix of carpet/hardwood/area rugs which I am in need of vacuuming often with toddlers and dogs in the house. It's a never ending mess of fur, crumbs, dirt on the floors and furniture. The ease moving from surface to surface is always a must when I look for a vacuum. The cleanview max does a great job with the transition of floor types, all done with a toggle of a button, also a slider to determine the suction strength which is great for those smaller rugs! It's easy to also push a button to have the wand release for those quick corner or under the couch cleanups. The same goes for emptying the canister.. It also comes with a few attachments which pop on and off the easily. The cord is a tad longer than what we've had in the past which is also a nice feature. A few downfalls in my eyes, it's a bit heavier than what I'm use to but still manageable to move around. There is no headlight on it, not a necessity but helpful for sure. Also, it would be more functional if the surface toggle and the suction slider were flipped on the unit itself. Overall, you would not be disappointed in this Bissell, it's a great machine and at a great price point!
Life saver for pet owners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really happy with this! M It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and has great suction power. I especially love using it for pet clean up—fur on carpets and rugs doesn't stand a chance. The detachable canister is super convenient for stairs and tight spots, and I appreciate how easy it is to empty. I've used it on hardwood, carpet, and area rugs, and it handled everything really well. The design is sleek, and it's simple to put together right out of the box thanks to being gifted by the stellar review panel. Overall, it's a solid vacuum that makes cleaning up after pets way less stressful.
CleanView® Max Lift-Off Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received a new CleanView Max Lift-Off vacuum cleaner, from Bissell, and have been very happy with our experience using this new machine. We received this vacuum cleaner the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, we have been impressed with the ease of use and ability to clean thoroughly with this vacuum. compared to other models, we also enjoy the look and design. We are very impressed with cleaning power, in particular, the ability to suck up pet hair. We have used this on carpet and hardwood floor alike with similar results on both. We appreciated the ability to use the nozzle on our stairs, where we also have issue with excessive cat hair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacuum, particularly if they have indoor pets.
Great vacuum for every day use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell Cleanview Max Lift Off upright vacuum as a part of the Stellar product testing panel. I'm not one to read directions and it took me exactly 5 minutes to put this bad boy together. So my first positive is that this vacuum is super easy to snap together and use right out of the box. One thing that really impressed me is the attachments connect it right to the vacuum, which is a huge plus to me as I always lose any attachments with vacuum cleaner. There are two settings on this vacuum want to use on carpet and one when vacuuming hard or delicate surfaces. This was another positive for me as I was able to easily switch back-and-forth between my carpet at living room and my hardwood hallway. The section power on this vacuum for both of the hardwood floor and the carpet were wonderful. I couldn't believe how much was in the tank after I thought that my carpet was pretty clean. The quick release button for the wand was super easy to reach corners and place right back onto the vacuum. It has a really large dirt tank which I appreciate because I don't have to keep emptying it over and over I really like the tangle free brush roll because I don't have to cut the hair out out of the vacuum. Besides the suction power, my favorite part of this vacuum was really that the attachment connect right to the vacuum as I always lose them and I always wondered why more vacuums didn't do this. Overall, this is a really great vacuum and compares it very well to my previously owned shark.
