I pretty much accepted that there will not be a vacuum that could really keep up. I received the CleanView Max Lift-Off vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. After testing it out, I can honestly say that I was surprised in the best way. It was pretty easy to set up right out of the box. I'll be honest and say that I didn't need to read the instruction manual. I appreciate that it didn't feel overly heavy; it's actually pretty lightweight. It has a very modern design, and is extremely practical. In my home I have tile, carpet, rugs, laminate hardwood, and luxury vinyl plank and I use this vacuum on all of those surfaces. It takes care of everything from glitter art disasters to cereal spills to crushed chips and to dirt tracked in from the backyard. The suction is strong enough, but my favorite feature by far is the lift-off canister. Being able to detach it and clean stairs, furniture, and even the car seats without dragging the whole vacuum with me was a total game changer. It made those quick cleanups between school drop-offs and bedtime so much easier. If you've got a busy household with constant messes like mine, this vacuum is 100% worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this vacuum I thought it looked really similar to another higher end product I've tried. It looks really nice. I immediately wanted to tackle my bedroom carpet and was thoroughly disgusted with myself when I saw what this vacuum sucked up within 5 minutes! I have been using a cordless vac for a while now and it's never even gotten close to the amount of dirt and cat hair that the CleanView Max Lift-Off got out of my carpet. I then decided to try it on my “washable” area rug in my living room. I am very pleased as I cannot use any other vacuum on that rug. Usually any other vacuum will stall out because it sucks the rug right up into the vacuum. Not this one! On the plush carpet setting with the roller turned on it perfectly vacuums my thin rug with no issues and pulls out a crazy amount of dirt. One thing that would improve this vacuum is that I would like there to be headlights. I will also add that this is supposed to be a tangle free brush roll. Hair did wrap around the brush roll but it was very easy to pull off. I have to take scissors to my other vacuum. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good lightweight vacuum for quick clean up around the house. I was impressed by its ability to do both my hardwood floors as well as the area rugs and runners in my home with just the touch of a button. I received this product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and tried it for two weeks in my home, picking up after my 3 kids and dog. It was great on dog hair, did well picking up the (seemingly endless) spilled cereal and did just fine attacking the general dirt. My one complaint is that the cord was quite short so I had to move plugs a few times to get the job done. Overall, I highly recommend this product for regular cleaning around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissel CleanView Max Lift-Off vacuum is a great vacuum. The suction is really good; half the dust bin was full when I was done! I liked the way the tools were secured on board, they didn't get in the way or fall off as I moved around. It was pretty quiet, which is nice if you have kids and you try and clean when they nap. A few things that would have made it a 5-star review would be to have a light on the front. It helps in dark areas, especially on wood floors because it lights up the dirt. It worked great on my area rugs, wood floors and regular plush carpets but I had a really hard time with my shag-like carpeting. It was almost impossible to move the vacuum back and forth, even on the high pile carpet setting. The hand tools were good, except I found the attachment with the brush roll didn't really work; it didn't move at all when trying to vacuum my couches. At first use it picked up far more than any other vacuum in my kid's rooms. My carpets are a little older so it helped remove a ton of loose fiber and fuzz I didn't know was even there, not to mention the endless crumbs. I also think the power of the suction helps reduce any allergies. Plus I love that just freshly vacuumed look it creates. What's nice is the attachments clip right onto the vacuum itself so you never have to search for those. I have two large German shepherds who are inside 90% of the time so my home is covered in dog hair. I really put this thing to the test! I ran it immediately after running my current vacuum on my bedroom carpet where the dogs sleep, my tile floor, hardwood floor, area rugs and LVP. I was shocked how full that canister was after one session! I will say with the suction on max on plush carpet with the brushes on full it was a bit of a work out but it was worth it for that deep clean! I love that the suction, brush (on or off), and type of flooring can all be adjusted so it's gentle on my tile and hardwoods but tough on my carpets for that deep clean! It was easy to maneuver and pivot. The machine itself is lightweight, the workout comes when you have it on full suction on plush carpets. Overall this is a must have for pet owners!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this vacuum. I got it in April, just in time for my dog's winter coat shedding season. Check out the photo - that's all the dust and dog hair it picked up from my upstairs carpets AFTER I'd already vacuumed the previous day with my old machine! I also like to detach it from the base so it's nice and light but still plenty powerful to reach the stairs, corner cobwebs, etc. Don't worry about assembly - my kids and I put it together in less than 5 minutes. The only area for improvement is the wheels. I first received a machine with a cracked, broken wheel, and Bissell was great about sending a replacement. It still feels like the wheels are cheaply made, and the plastic might not hold up over the years. A higher quality wheel would be easier to push and less likely to crack. Altogether, this is a really solid vacuum, not too heavy, and it packs some serious power. Coarse, wiry dog hair is sucked right out of my heavy wool carpet with ease.

Our kids are under the age of six and we have a dog, So you can imagine the crumbs we are constantly dealing with. I like to look and the design has it's nice to see all the things that you are vacuuming up. You can easily access the collection area if you need to get something out. Some things I wanna point out. The suction options are nice to have. You could change it up between rugs and hard floors. We have a washable rug and it does a good job suctioning all the crumbs up, but doesn't pull off the rug itself. The one thing I would like to change would be to be able to put the accessory on the top part where the handle is. Instead of using the entire longer hosing. It's easy to pick up although it is a little bit on the heavier side. This was my first time using a Bissell vacuum and I feel like it was a good investment in our home.I received this as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

We have a mixture of laminate flooring and carpet, heavier on the laminate. With kids, the floor always seems to have crumbs. This vacuum is easy and quick to use to clean, sometimes multiple times per day. The string suction works great to get the little crumbs in hard to reach areas. I also love the detachable canister. It is very convenient to take the canister up the stairs to clear rather than hauling the entire vacuum. Overall, we love this vacuum and would highly recommend.

It took me a moment to figure out where all the attachments went, but once I did, everything felt intuitive and accessible. Design-wise, I like the sleek look and how lightweight the vacuum feels, even with the detachable canister. One downside is that there's no foot pedal to lean it back—something I'm used to—so that took a little adjusting. The swivel head felt a bit awkward at first, but I quickly realized how helpful it was for maneuvering into tight corners and under furniture. As far as cleaning power goes, this vacuum really impressed me. I used it on hardwood floors and short carpet, and it picked up cat hair like a champ. It's also quieter than I expected, which made for a more pleasant cleaning experience. My favorite feature has to be the detachable main body and hose with attachments—it made it super easy to clean stairs and get into hard-to-reach areas. Overall, I'd give this vacuum 4 out of 5 stars. It's powerful, versatile, and easy to use once you get the hang of it.
