It works great and has great attachments—including a super cool turbo brush attachment, which we used to clean dog hair off the couch. So cool and easy to use! I'm always skeptical of vacuums that say they can clean both hardwood floor surfaces and carpet, as dust/debris always gets missed in the transition, but this vacuum was a pleasant surprise! Not only did it excel at deep cleaning (and getting that stubborn pet hair out of the carpet), but it easily transitioned to my hardwood floors with the push of a button. It's also quiet, lightweight, and easy to store. Definitely not as bulky as my previous vacuum. I really love its sleek design. All in all, I couldn't be happier and know you will love it too! It hits that sweet spot between strong cleaning power and being super easy to use. Design-wise, it looks modern and functional. The color is nice—not too loud—and it feels solid and well put together. I also really like how the Lift-Off feature and attachments are built in so seamlessly and easy to grab. As for cleaning, this thing gets the job done. Whether it's regular dust and crumbs or more annoying stuff like pet hair and tracked-in dirt, it handled everything without a problem. I even used it to clean up some spilled dry food in the kitchen, and it picked it all up with no issue. I tested it across different floors in my house—hardwood, rugs, thicker carpet—and it adjusted really well. The suction control and brush roll switch came in handy, especially when I didn't want it flinging stuff around on hard floors or when I needed a deeper clean on carpet. My favorite part, though, is the Lift-Off canister. It's awesome for stairs, furniture, and all those weird little corners that are hard to reach. Being able to pop it off and use it like a handheld vacuum makes a huge difference when you're just doing a quick clean-up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell CleanView® Max Lift-Off I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Relatively compact and easy to use! For a standard vacuum it is the lightest one I've ever owned. Although this is compact and light it still has a lot of power. We have a dog and cat and this vacuum does a great job picking up pet hair. It is very easy to carry up and down stairs and has a unique design that allows for a lot of versatility. The whole handle detatches to become a wand with a hose attached acting like a very different style of vacuum. You can also detach the base and carry it without having to lug the lower brush with it. This is a great function for sweeping solid surface stairs since I generally use the hose. The hose has two attachments, a two-in-one piece that has a retractable brush. This is a really nice feature because there are less detachable pieces to lose! The other piece is a rolling brush, super great for running in tight areas and my house has a lot of those! It cleans great and has a very easy release for dirt. It does get dusty underneath when you release the dirt, but other than that it traps the dirt very well. Works great on both hard and soft surfaces. The attachments make vacuuming on hard surfaces much more efficient and you're not tied to the lower brush only. It's relatively compact and has a long cord. It's a nice lightweight option that allows seamless mobility around the home for swift and easy cleaning. If you're looking for value this a great option for small spaces!

It cleaned everything in one pass and even cleaned up more dirt and hair that our other vacuum didn't pick up. The clear canister is super helpful to see how much the vacuum is actually cleaning. I used it on hardwood, short carpet and long carpet. While it did an amazing job on each surface, I did run into an issue during the transition from the wood to the carpets. I had to pick it up and place it on the carpet. I love how easy it is to detach and use the wand and accessories! Really helped to reach the tucked away spots. I would have liked the cord to be about 4-6 feet longer, I felt like I had to switch outlets a lot. While the wand is the coolest feature, when attached and serving as the handle for the vacuum, there was a little extra space allowing the handle to move which doesn't allow for as seamless of a forward/backward motion as I would have hoped. Not a deal breaker by any means, but would have liked a more snug fit. Overall, I would recommend this vacuum to everyone!

We received this vacuum cleaner the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, we have been impressed with the ease of use and ability to clean thoroughly with this vacuum. compared to other models, we also enjoy the look and design. We are very impressed with cleaning power, in particular, the ability to suck up pet hair. We have used this on carpet and hardwood floor alike with similar results on both. We appreciated the ability to use the nozzle on our stairs, where we also have issue with excessive cat hair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacuum, particularly if they have indoor pets.

I loved that there are different setting for vacuuming carpet and hardwood/solid surface floors so that the main brush stops spinning so you don't scratch up your floors. The tangle-free spin brush is an amazing feature, especially in a household with 4 girls. Not having to cut hair from the spin brush has been life-changing. Being able to easily lift the vacuum off the base and release the wand in order to clean my stairs is a pretty cool feature. The thing that sold me on it though was when I vacuumed my area rug immediately after vacuuming with my other vacuum. I couldn't believe all that it had sucked up that was left behind by my other vacuum. I had to take a picture as proof. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum is larger than I'm used to (previously using a stick vacuum), but it surprisingly isn't bulky or heavy. I like that I have the choice to have the beater bar on or off while vacuuming depending on the surface. I also love that the attachments can clip directly on the vacuum when not in use — I'm less likely to lose them! I have a small child, a large dog, and a cat who all leave various fur, crumbs, and dirt on the floor and furniture. I was impressed with how much fur this vacuum pulled off the couch using the upholstery tool. And for the hardwood, it had good suction power, got close to edges, and the hose was easy to pull off to get in those tight spots. His favorite activity? Running full speed up and down the stairs. He's a mix of several breeds, which means he sheds—a lot. Black hair everywhere. So this vacuum really came at the perfect time. First impression: putting it together was super easy and intuitive. I barely needed the instructions. Compared to my old vacuum, this one feels light to medium in weight, which I appreciate. It's compact enough to store in a hallway closet or tuck into a corner of the room without being in the way. What surprised me most was how powerful it is. I love that you can choose to use the roller brush or not, depending on what you're cleaning. I didn't fully realize how well it was working until I looked at the container—and wow. It picked up more dog hair in less time than my previous vacuum ever did. Since getting it, I've used it throughout the entire house: area rugs, carpeted stairs, hardwood floors. This new vacuum could not have come at a better time. Our old vacuum was on its last leg and I was in the market for a new one. We have 7 kids, ages 15 down to 1 so it's not uncommon for us to vacuum 2-3 times in a day. In my search for a replacement, I was excited to see that the Bissell CleanView® Max Lift-Off checked off ALL of my boxes. Here's a few of my most loved features.. *For a full sized vacuum, this one is on the lighter side. It's sturdy and light enough my kids can use it. *I love the HEPA filter. We try to keep the house as tidy as possible (it's definitely lived in, but clean). I feel good knowing it's filtering airborne allergens so my family can't breathe easier. *The dirt collection canister empties easily with one hand so no extra messes to clean up. *The cord is longer than many of our past vacuums which makes cleaning from room to room much simpler. *With 4 girls in the house, we are always shedding our long hair. This vacuum has a no-tangle roller brush so we don't have to worry about the brush getting locked up with hair. *The filters are washable, which makes this vacuum more cost efficient for our large family. *We use this vacuum literally in every room in our home. Kitchen, bedrooms, dining room and even the bathroom! It works great with a toggle from carpet to hard floor! This is definitely one of the best vacuums we've owned over the years.

My first impression was the box was slim and I could lift it myself, 9 months pregnant. Getting it out of the box was a breeze and it is SO MUCH lighter than my current upright. The design is sleek and I love the blue canister top. I originally just just tested out the turning ease and how well it went from carpet to hardwood and back because my house has a lot of area rugs. I currently have wrist issues and it was SO EASY and comfortable, even with my bad wrist! Going from different flooring styles was a breeze. I also tested it when my toddler spilled crackers all over the floor and it picked up crumbs with one pass. I honestly couldn't pick ONE favorite feature. Light weight, easy to turn, ease of multiple surfaces, and sleek design were all top contenders!!
