I like that I have the choice to have the beater bar on or off while vacuuming depending on the surface. I also love that the attachments can clip directly on the vacuum when not in use — I'm less likely to lose them! I have a small child, a large dog, and a cat who all leave various fur, crumbs, and dirt on the floor and furniture. I was impressed with how much fur this vacuum pulled off the couch using the upholstery tool. And for the hardwood, it had good suction power, got close to edges, and the hose was easy to pull off to get in those tight spots. It's powerful, super flexible, and actually makes vacuuming kind of satisfying (which I didn't think was possible). If you have pets or a mix of floor types at home, this vacuum does a great job handling it all without much hassle. Right out of the box, it looks sharp - not too bulky, and it feels solid without being too heavy. The swivel steering is great for getting around furniture, and I liked that it didn't feel like a workout just to push it around. It's also pretty easy to put together and start using right away. The suction on this thing is no joke. Whether it was pet hair, crumbs, or random toddler messes, it picked everything up without needing to go over the same spot a million times. It didn't scatter stuff across the floor either, which is a pet peeve of mine with some vacuums. I tested it out on just about every surface in my house: Hardwood floors – picked up dust and pet hair without kicking debris around Carpet and rugs – deep cleaned and fluffed everything up nicely Stairs and furniture – the detachable canister made this part super easy It handled all of them really well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the different settings on the vacuum and that they were easy to understand. The switch is clearly labeled plush carpet to low carpet as well as a switch to turn the rotating sweeper on or off. My only complaint with that is the switch to turn the vacuum on/off is not where i naturally expect it to be at the top of the vacuum. I loved the attachments that came with the vacuum and I LOVE that they attach directly to the vacuum itself. They will no longer be lost at the bottom of a storage closet. The small brush attachment was the best. We have thick molding at the base of our walls and this attachment was perfect for getting the dust out of the grooves. I also used it to clean the crevices in our upholstered dining set. The vacuum is heavier than our previous vacuum (but also better suction). But for the weight reason it wouldn’t be my first choice when vacuuming stairs. Overall, very happy!

Overall, it's a powerful vacuum that thoroughly cleaned my hardwood, tile, and carpet. It has a sleek and lightweight design that was pretty easy to navigate. It was able to vacuum up cat litter accurately without sending some pieces flying in different directions which I appreciated! The dust bin has a large capacity so I was able to clean my whole home without stopping to empty it. However, my only gripe is that it would sometimes snap back into the upright position while I was vacuuming which required me to stop what I'm doing and step on the base gently to lean it back again to use. This happened to me 3 different times during one use. Besides that, the vacuum worked great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression is that this vacuum is average and not over all better than a cordless stick vacuum for my specific house. First off the things I loved were the suction power on low pile carpets, the attachment storage, the way it seemed to get deeper dust and an good amount of hair, and that it is comparatively lightweight for its size. But the things I disliked don't make those things worth it for a corded vacuum in my opinion. Things I disliked were that it continually thought it was clogged and would auto shut off when trying to do my higher pile carpet which my smaller stick vacuum is able to handle with ease. It is loose weave and not so tall that this larger vacuum should have been stopping like that, so that was my first frustration. Second dislike was that on my vinyl flooring it was occasionally skipping over food or flinging it backwards with and without the roller function on. And third thing I disliked would be that for a corded vacuum I don't think it did anything much better than a similarly priced cordless stick vacuum could do because I still had to pass over some messes multiple times like bigger crumbs and just stuff my kids dropped on the floor throughout the day. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and tested it on multiple surfaces multiple times. Overall I would recommend for someone who is used to a corded vacuum, who has only low pile thick carpet. But otherwise I am not sure I would recommend this specific vacuum over others similarly priced.

Our other vacuum is 12 years old, and like other appliances in the home, has reached its limits. I appreciate the compactness of the machine, and takes us less space than I imagined. The cleaning power is great; we used it to clean up pet hair and dust bunnies on our hardwood floors; swept up messes on our kitchen linoleum; under the couch cushion; and even used it in our car, in between and under the seats. While the machine is branded for pets, I appreciate its versatility and portability in cleaning up any mess we tried. My favorite feature is the "no more hair wrap". You never realize how many longer debris items get caught in your vacuum cleaner's cylinder, and this machine rings true to the advertising. I didn't have to spend an extra 10 minutes unraveling and cutting out debris in order to continue cleaning. I would highly recommend this product for anyone with kids, pets, or for folks who have a variety of surfaces to clean.

It is light weight and easy to maneuver in tight areas. I also let my grandparents use it and they said that is was so smooth and easy for them to use. I 10 out of 10 recommend this one!!

Despite being a large corded vacuum, the footprint of it is not as bad as I expected (especially for the power). I am a big proponent in being able to see the dust in the bin, so that was a plus (makes it easy to figure out when I need to empty it). I have two medium-to-large sized dogs with short fur, so their shedding is crazy. I also have a toddler, so our family makes quite a variety of messes. I am happy to report that the vacuum handles pet messes and toddler messes with ease. I have used it on carpet, hardwood, linoleum, as well as rugs - it works well on all surfaces.

For one, I loved that it has a minimalist design with no unnecessary extras but still looks sleek and high-end with a quality build that's not clunky. Since it’s so lightweight, it allowed me to simply move it around my home, and the extended hose was a big plus in getting into those pesky cobwebs in those hard to reach corners. But my favorite thing about this vacuum is the Turbo Brush attachment. WOW! I've never seen attachment power like that on a vacuum before. It’s a whole new league. I used it on my couch, which I daily lint roll and once a week vacuum with a different make, and I didn't know how much pet hair and lint it still extracted. It also left my son’s area rug looking like they just emerged from the cleaner and was brand new. The HEPA filter is a definite plus for my child’s room as well, helping to mitigate allergens in my home. The overall cleaning power is excellent as it was able to clean up dirt, dust, and pet hair that I hadn't seen fall. It's clear that this vacuum gets down deeper than most. If you desire a simple to operate vacuum that isn't too heavy and is very effective and if you have pets the Turbo Brush alone is worth it. I highly recommend it!

We have a combination of hardwoods and carpet, a dog who's a moderate shedder, and two teens so there's lots of in and out in our house and floors get dirty quickly. The CleanView Max Lift Off is a solid workhouse of a vacuum that has great suction power. We run a robot vac most days and I was astounded at what this vac picked up off the floors. I used it all over my house and every time I left a room I was shocked how much dirt was in the canister. The Lift Off feature is definitely a plus. I used it most for vacuuming flights of stairs. It's really easy to lift off the main canister and not be limited by the plug. I also used it to reach a high shelf in my closet. It's super useful if you have high or tight spaces where you need to maneuver without a clunky machine The vacuum also comes with a great spinning attachment which sucks up pet hair like nobody's business. I used it to clean our couch and it looked like brand new when I was done! The only reason this gets a 4 instead of a 5 is because it doesn't come with a retractable cord. If you're vacuuming lots of rooms, gathering up the cord each time you have to move is a pain. If that doesn't bother you, I'd highly recommend it.
