I've used it to clean multiple types of surfaces and have found it handles all surfaces well. I particularly like that it doesn't scatter crumbs on my hard floors and actually picks stuff up. I do like the lift-off feature. It doesn't remove as much weight as I would have thought, but it makes it easier to handle on the stairs. I also really like that the wand can release at the flexible hose, or to include the integrated plastic tube extension piece. I find myself using just the hose with the turbo head attachment to get the right angle on my stairs, and the extension release to get window trim or around my baseboards. The extra attachments are well thought out. The turbo roller attachment works extremely well and is very powerful. It sucks up crumbs on my stairs that aren't even directly under the head. I also really like the slim head that has a retractable brush head. I like that it decreases the amount of attachments to store without losing functionality. Huge plus that they are all able to be stored directly on the vacuum without getting in the way. We have people with long hair in my household, and I've found that the roller bar is not truly tangle-free. But, the clearview does let me see when it needs to be cleaned out. The biggest con to me, though, is the cord length. It's a lot shorter than I'm used to. It only means I have to unplug one or two extra times, so it's an annoyance, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I really like this vacuum. I'm impressed with how well thought out it is, and I appreciate the extra features that I wouldn't have necessarily thought to look for in a vacuum.

Upon opening the box, I observed about five different pieces that needed to be assembled prior to use. There are simple assembly instructions included, and it took less than two minutes to put together. The CleanView Max Liftoff is easy to maneuver as I moved from rug to hardwood throughout our house. The bottom portion has a little swivel that makes it easier to handle than some other household vacuums. The attachments are exactly what we need without too much extra. My only complaint is that some of the features are less intuitive than they could be. There are lots of buttons and dual-use attachments that one may miss at first glance.

The overall look and design is very nice, and it performs wonderfully. I felt that the cleaning power was excellent. I loved the Turbo-brush attachment which was extremely powerful for hard to reach/ small areas such as my staircase. I have a combination of carpet, wood floors, and area rugs in my house, and I felt that it did equally well on both carpeted and hard surfaces. The vacuum feels high quality, and not too heavy to push. I just hosted a large gathering at my house and my floors were a mess afterwards, but this vacuum got the job done! One of my favorite things about this vacuum was that there was almost no hair on the brush roll after vacuuming my entire house! I have always struggled with other vacuums getting hair stuck in the brush roll, but not with this vacuum. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this awesome vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this upright vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product testing panel. When I received it I was surprised at how light the box was. Compared to some of the other upright vacuum's I have used it is significantly lighter. I did not expect to have to assemble this vacuum due to the size of the box, but it needed to be assembled. The floor sweeping part and the lift off canister were separate (because it is a lift off), the hose needed to be attached to the handle which is also the cleaning wand. A major bonus for this vacuum is the versatility. Want to clean stairs, use the lift off. The lift off is also convenient for use in cars! Want to clean carpet and hard surface, use it as a conventional vacuum. I used the vacuum to clean up a litter spill in the garage, crumb duty in my van, glitter fallout from crafting. It handled it all with ease. Over all this is a great vacuum! I am hoping to continue to use if for a long time!

While it's not ideal for smaller rugs, it excels on larger, thicker rugs, carpets, hardwood floors, and tiles. Plus, the wand extension, equipped with either bristles or a flat tip, is a game-changer for reaching those pesky crevices. The only minor drawback? The hose has limited stretch. The suction is strong and the amount of dust and dirt it accumulates is a significant amount. It left nice clean lines in the carpet which is super satisfying. Emptying the container was easy and mess free. The detachable pod was convenient and easy to use. I do think a slightly longer wand would be helpful to gain access to those really hard to reach places. So far, it has handled hair really well and the brush hasn't gotten clogged. I will be curious to see if this continues with more use as hair clogging up the brush is a frequent issue with our other vacuum and vacuums we've used in the past. The vacuum performed better on the carpet, but it still did a nice job on hard surfaces. Overall, we have been impressed with this vacuum and it's performance.

Overall, we have been impressed with the ease of use and ability to clean thoroughly with this vacuum. compared to other models, we also enjoy the look and design. We are very impressed with cleaning power, in particular, the ability to suck up pet hair. We have used this on carpet and hardwood floor alike with similar results on both. We appreciated the ability to use the nozzle on our stairs, where we also have issue with excessive cat hair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacuum, particularly if they have indoor pets.
