It looks like a basic vacuum, but it works wonderfully! This vacuum is easy to maneuver around furniture, and comes with a lot of helpful attachments. I used it on hardwood floors, carpet, and a thick area rug, and it worked great on all of them. With multiple kids leaving a mess around, this vacuum had awesome cleaning power for all the messes. It's also a good size as it holds a lot of dirt and dust, but still fits into my small front closet for storage. My favorite feature is the rotating brush that works really well on thick, plush carpet but can be turned off for hardwood floors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to review the CleanView Max Lift Off through Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so happy that I did. My house is 90% carpet so a vacuum is essential in my everyday cleaning. As soon as I received it I got straight to putting it together! The process was simple, clear instructions were provided and everything clicked in together effortlessly. My first project was the living room. Right away, I could see dust getting picked up and accumalating in the bin. The suction power is strong and the brush really got into the carpet. I also tried out the Turbo Brush on my couch and was so impressed! Even that small brush really packed some power. My second project was cleaning my car. The dirt bin completely detached from the carpet brush making it lightweight and easier to use when working on a car. The vacuum hose and crevice tool were very useful for car vacuuming. Overall, all the tools provided, worked excellently and it was fun to use the vacuum. If I could change one thing, I think I would change the vacuum switch. You have to choose from the off/brush/no brush options. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets and children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am giving the Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off Vacuum 5 stars because I truly can't find any flaws with it! The overall look and design is very nice, and it performs wonderfully. I felt that the cleaning power was excellent. I loved the Turbo-brush attachment which was extremely powerful for hard to reach/ small areas such as my staircase. I have a combination of carpet, wood floors, and area rugs in my house, and I felt that it did equally well on both carpeted and hard surfaces. The vacuum feels high quality, and not too heavy to push. I just hosted a large gathering at my house and my floors were a mess afterwards, but this vacuum got the job done! One of my favorite things about this vacuum was that there was almost no hair on the brush roll after vacuuming my entire house! I have always struggled with other vacuums getting hair stuck in the brush roll, but not with this vacuum. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this awesome vacuum!

The Bissell CleanView Max Lift Off has quite a few pros! The design is sleek and not bulky, the top of the vacuum head is flat so it easily fits under furniture to ensure you get those are hard to reach places and two different attachments. I love that there is a duster attachment that can slide up when you need it or go back down when you don't, it also locks the duster in place when you use it so no frustration with it sliding down! This is especially nice when you want to use it on tables/baseboards so you don't worry about scratching things up. The turbo brush is excellent for stairs and had great suction power. Unfortunately for me, the vacuum had more cons than pros. It is a very heavy vacuum, even when you lift it off the base to use it in a carrying position. There are only 2 options for suction power-bare floor/low carpet or high carpet. I had spaces that don't really fit those options so it was a little tricky trying to decide which option would give me the best clean. When vacuuming on carpet, you could hear/feel the suction when pushing forward but when pulling back, it felt like the suction power was lost. The vacuum has a very strong vibration and could be bothersome to people who are sensitive to that sensation. It is also incredibly loud. The bottom bristle says it is tangle free but it easily got hair wrapped around the bristle and was a little frustrating to get it clipped off and removed. Overall, it had decent suction power but the limited options for controlling the level of suction power based on the flooring type as well as the loudness and heaviness made it less than ideal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this upright vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. First of all, I'm a working mom of a two-year-old and a pet cat. We live in a two-bedroom apartment in Midtown Miami, where there's a constant stream of construction, meaning dust is always blowing in through the balcony and windows. Being a clean freak, I vacuum daily to keep up. My first impression of this vacuum was that it's quite big and, therefore, probably powerful. However, compared to other stick vacuums, it felt bulky and not very light. The suction power is excellent — you can actually feel it lifting the carpet if it's not glued down! I've tested it across different surfaces, including hard floors, indoor rugs, and outdoor carpets covered in cat fur, hair, and dust, and it performs impressively. I have no doubts about its cleaning capabilities. The main downside is that it's corded, which means I have to unwind the wire, find a central outlet, and drag it around the apartment, trying not to get it caught on furniture. It's a bit of a hassle compared to wireless options. My favorite features are the clear dust tank (so satisfying to see everything it picks up), the sealed HEPA allergen system (great for my dust-heavy environment), and the lift-off detachable pod, which makes it easy to vacuum the ceiling fan and high shelves. Because of its weight and the effort it takes to maneuver, I personally would reserve this vacuum for a thorough weekly deep clean and continue using my Dyson for quick daily maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great vacuum for all floor types! I used it on hardwood, carpet and rugs, and it seamlessly cleaned each type. When I received this vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was very excited to try it out and it did not disappoint. The best feature is how easily you can remove and wash the filter. Another thing I found unique about this vacuum is you can detach the house from the handle. On all the vacuums I have had before, you could only detach the house with handle from the base so the flexibility of putting a fitting on the end of the hose to clean the couch and such is really great. My only issue is that the handle/arm doesn't seem to securely/snuggly attach to the vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my CleanView® Max Lift-Off vacuum through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It was a quick and easy assembly out of the box. I was pleased by how light it is and how smooth it is as it glides across my hardwood floors. It has great suction on carpet and hardwood. The vacuum is easy to empty and I was pleased with how much it picked up. I took off two stars because the turbo brush attachment doesn't work which was a bummer as I was excited to use it on my steps. When I tried to use it the roller bar would stop spinning once any pressure was used. I tried it on multiple surface types and it did the same thing every time.

I have a variety of floor surfaces in my home that include hard floors, low pile rugs and plush carpets. The liftoff has a very easy to use switch to ensure you are getting the best clean for each surface type. I was very pleased with the maneuverability of the upright vacuum, it was able to navigate around furniture and obstacles very easily. The liftoff function made cleaning my stairs and upholstery although the attachments were not the most effective for cleaning upholstery. I ran this vacuum in my upstairs after our robot vacuum ran a cycle and was very impressed by the amount of debris that was left behind, for the price point the cleaning power is exceptional. My only complaint about this vacuum is that the power cord is in a poor location and I constantly get it caught in the wheels even if I am trying to hold it out of the way. Overall a great machine at a great price point!

I was highly impressed by the features of this product, so my so, that my husband commented on the silliness of my excited over a vacuum. I countered that my 9 year old was just as excited and trying it out himself too! First, I loved that this vacuum has many options between the lift-off canister for higher or unique surface cleaning beyond floors. I used this feature for cleaning very dusty blinds, a ceiling fan, and my cat-hair coated duvet cover. The canister is fairly lightweight, making it easy to carry. Second, I loved that the accessories for the wand tool are stored right on vacuum itself so that they do not get lost. Third, I like the surface height adjuster for hard floors versus carpeted areas and that it stops the brush roll when it's down for hard surfaces. Fourth, I like that so many parts can easily be broken down for cleaning maintenance of the vacuum itself. Overall, the suction power was great on a variety of surfaces and this vacuum will continue getting lots of use in my household.

I never realized how much my old vacuum wasn't picking up until I used this one for the first time. It was disturbing how much dust and junk I had on my floors. YIKES. I love that my house feels extra clean when I use this vacuum. I love the different settings for carpet or hard floor making it convenient to clean my whole house with the one vacuum. My favorite part of this vacuum is the fact that my 4 year old can even use it efficiently. She loves to help clean and this vacuum is light weight and doesn't lift up the front end when the handle leans far back. The size is perfect so it's easy to store. I would highly recommend this upright vacuum to anyone.
