[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Bissell upright corded vacuum I've owned and I continue to be impressed! I received this vacuum through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have used it with no problems. I have 2 black dogs and cream colored carpet on the entire 2nd floor of my house, so vacuums and I are good friends. This vacuum is extremely easy to empty, as well as take apart completely. THIS is important so that you can thoroughly clean the bin and filters from time to time to get all the dirt out so that your vacuum doesn't smell like a dog when you turn it on :) As much as I enjoy cordless vacuums for quick jobs, there is nothing like the power from a corded vacuum on carpet. The only reason this vacuum didn't get 5 stars from me is that I felt it was too lightweight to have enough suction power so really get down in the carpet for a deep clean. The light weight of it however is nice for when you use the lift off feature! That feature is great for cleaning my stairs. Another plus is this vacuum was SIMPLE to put together out of the box. The instructions were clear and concise.

It's small enough to fit into tight spaces and is very easy to maneuver. It's a bit heavier than I would expect looking at it, but nothing that makes it too hard to use. The size makes it easy to get in and out of the closet and use it more often. Our house is a mix of tile, rugs, and carpet, and it works well on all of them. It's easy to switch the spinning brush off when on tile and on for the carpet. So far, it hasn't wrapped up all the hair like so many vacuums do! Overall, I'm very impressed with this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have become a huge fan of the Bissell Cleanview Max Lift-Off vacuum because of its powerful suction and cleaning capabilities. This vacuum is not too bulky or heavy making it easy to take up or down stairs. I was shocked by the results achieved in my home with this vacuum, it works great. The vacuum was easy to assemble out of the box and it is a very user-friendly product. I like the length of the cord which allows me to access 1 or 2 rooms without unplugging it. The attachments that are included for the detachable wand are useful for various cleaning situations, small cracks, etc. I love how easily the vacuum glides across floors, whether they be carpet or hardwood. The vacuum swivels as you push so you can get around furniture or other items quickly. You can adjust settings on the brush rollers so that the vacuum better cleans depending on hard or carpeted floors. The filters are easy to remove, clean and replace. I was shocked the first time I used this vacuum. I had vacuumed a large rug with another cleaner, but when I went back over the same rug with the Bissell Cleanview Max Lift-Off the tank contained debris that clearly was missed before! I loved being able to see how much I was cleaning out of the rugs, carpets and floors through my home. I am so glad I have this vacuum to help keep my home clean! This vacuum has several great features that I keep raving about to family and friends: -Maneuverability: I love how easily the base swivels. My old vacuum would require more effort from me to navigate awkward or narrow spaces. -Accessibility: The low profile base allows access under lower tables or cabinets. -Ease of Use: This was easy to install out of the box. Additionally, clearing out the canister is mess-free, as the base opens with the push of a button. I am always looking for a reliable and functional vacuum, as we have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and live on a farm. Between the animal hair and mud, I clean multiple times a week. Assembly was simple and self-explanatory, but the directions were easy to read. When cleaning carpet, the first thing I noticed was the strong suction power. Because of the suction power, the vacuum requires more effort to move it forward and backward, and while I'd prefer power over ease, my arms did start to tire towards the end of the clean. The attachments are my favorite feature; the detail brush that attaches to the handle is a life saver! The bristles are soft, but sturdy, and I use it to detail-clean baseboards, doors, windows sills, around our stone fireplace, and that pesky area where the carpet from the stairs meets the hardwood on the floor. I wish the retraction of the handheld wand was longer and more flexible; the vacuum falls over when I'm reaching too high or at a funky angle. The vacuum does well on our hardwood and laminate as well. I haven't had issues with it struggling to pick up debris, but I do use the wand under cabinets and in corners where the vacuum is just too bulky to reach. I love that there are places for each attachment, and I've only had occasional instances of them falling off. Emptying the vacuum is simple and doesn't require too much man power, which is always appreciated! In general, this is an excellent vacuum, a little on the heavier side, but the attachments make up for it!

This vacuum was easy to assemble out of the box and operating it was fully intuitive. I really enjoyed that it was one click to get the wand off and you could take the base with or without the wheels with you on your spot cleaning adventures. The vacuum was lighter than I expected, which made it a breeze as I moved from room to room and job to job. It tackled high like carpet and tile all the same. I truly was impressed with its pickup on the tiled kitchen floor. You know how when you use the hard floor option with the brush head vacuums almost always leave some crumbs and bits that you have to get with the wand? With the exception of right by the baseboard, this vacuum left the floor so clean and debris free. I was happy to walk barefoot behind it! I'm not aware that it had a strong self-propelled feature, so it didn't have that drag that you can get when deep in a vacuuming binge - that one that makes you question whether you need to lift more weights. I was able to vacuum my entire house - carpet, tile, hardwood, stairs, couches, fans, etc. and have little arm fatigue. Highly recommend this one specifically if you're worried about weight! I also was extremely impressed with how you could fully clean the canister and filters. The canister comes off to empty, but you can also remove the filters to fully rinse (they took maybe an hour to dry). The canister was also able to be fully rinsed out. There was a little bit I was worried about with the water reaching it because it seemed untouchable, but once I was actually rinsing it - it came right out! Left it all on my drying rack for a bit and reassembled once fully dried. There was no warp or shrinkage with the filter, either. Overall, I highly recommend this vacuum. Great suction, light weight, intuitive, ability to clean the canister - all of it positive!

My first impression was the box was slim and I could lift it myself, 9 months pregnant. Getting it out of the box was a breeze and it is SO MUCH lighter than my current upright. The design is sleek and I love the blue canister top. I originally just just tested out the turning ease and how well it went from carpet to hardwood and back because my house has a lot of area rugs. I currently have wrist issues and it was SO EASY and comfortable, even with my bad wrist! Going from different flooring styles was a breeze. I also tested it when my toddler spilled crackers all over the floor and it picked up crumbs with one pass. I honestly couldn't pick ONE favorite feature. Light weight, easy to turn, ease of multiple surfaces, and sleek design were all top contenders!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a fan of the CleanView® Max Lift-Off vacuum! I liked that it was very quick & easy to assemble and also loved that it was pretty lightweight, especially for the power it has. I have a number of different surfaces to clean in my house and it was equally effective across all of them including hardwoods, tile, area rugs and wall-to-wall carpeting. It was easy to switch the settings when moving from one surface to a different one. The accessories were helpful, especially in cleaning a couch (love my dog, but she leaves lots of hair!) as well as on our stairs. I didn't have to "go over" any areas a second time because the suction was great. It was a tad quieter than my previous vacuum, but definitely lighter which was nice. One recommendation I'd make is to make the front of the vacuum base angle more narrow so it fits under kitchen cabinets. It didn't go under mine, which wasn't the end of the world since I could easily lift off the wand and clean under the doors. However, it is obviously quicker/easier without using wand. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum.

It cleaned everything in one pass and even cleaned up more dirt and hair that our other vacuum didn't pick up. The clear canister is super helpful to see how much the vacuum is actually cleaning. I used it on hardwood, short carpet and long carpet. While it did an amazing job on each surface, I did run into an issue during the transition from the wood to the carpets. I had to pick it up and place it on the carpet. I love how easy it is to detach and use the wand and accessories! Really helped to reach the tucked away spots. I would have liked the cord to be about 4-6 feet longer, I felt like I had to switch outlets a lot. While the wand is the coolest feature, when attached and serving as the handle for the vacuum, there was a little extra space allowing the handle to move which doesn't allow for as seamless of a forward/backward motion as I would have hoped. Not a deal breaker by any means, but would have liked a more snug fit. Overall, I would recommend this vacuum to everyone!

For better or worse, i bought into their Pet eraser advertising and, with my long haired dog shedding everywhere, I decided to give the brand a shot when my old vac finally quit on me. Thus far, they haven't let me down. I think that the Bissell upright vacuums unconventional design is very well throught out and useful. The fact that the Handle detaches and becomes a suction wand is genius, and the little release valve hose at the back end of the bottom brush area provides an easy way to clean out the most common clog point in a vacuum that I have found. My biggest gripe with the Pet hair eraser model ive had is that it was not easy to use to clean my carpeted stairwell. The clean view liftoff I received as part of the Stellar testing panel, FIXES THIS PROBLEM. The new design feature that allows the bagless motor section to literally “lift off” from the floor brushes makes the remaining wand much easier to carry arround while you use the wand handle to get at cieling cobwebs or, yes, the carpeted stairwell (using the motorized brush handle attachment to the cleaning wand). Works great on all carpet and hard floor surfaces ive tried it on so far. The Cleanview has a powerful motor that translates into efficient suction for cleaning no matter how you are using it, The bagless cannister design is easy to empty and reattach to the vac. Assembly was a breeze. Definitely going to recommend to family and friends in the market for a new cleaning tool.
