My first impression was that the vacuum was very light; I didn't know how well it would perform. The wobbly rotating took some getting used to, but I like its functionality. I cleaned leftover kinetic sand from a rug in the living room and leftover crumbs from the hardwood floor in our dining room. It worked great! I was impressed with everything it picked up. I like the low-profile head that lets you easily maneuver under tables and chairs. I like the genius lift-off tank portion that makes it even lighter for vacuuming stairs and high areas. That was probably my favorite feature; it's so versatile. Emptying the canister was pretty easy. I wish it had hands-free emptying, but it's not a deal breaker. I liked how simple this vacuum was; it had features that were easy to use, and I didn't need to read the whole owner's manual to figure it out. It was very intuitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner is almost perfect! The suction power is great--cleaning well on both hard and carpeted surfaces. The cord is a great length so that you don't have to unplug and replug a million times while doing larger areas. The canister is super easy to remove and clean and LOVE that there are no bags to mess with. The detachable handle with wand is AMAZING to get into tough to reach spots like ceilings or underneath furniture and car seats. The wheels are super easy to clean (we have 5 girls in one house with lots of loose hair when vacuuming that gets stuck in the wheels) so that is super helpful. One of the BEST features of this vacuum though is how QUIET it is. I was really impressed with the cleaning power AND the reduced noise. The only downside I can find with this is the "lift off" ability, which seems to be the leading marketing tactic for this particular vacuum. Unfortunately, the majority of the vacuum is lifted off which is 90% of the weight and bulk of the cleaner making it essentially a useless feature since the only thing you "lift off" from is the base wheels that are lightweight as it is so we never use this feature. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend this vacuum cleaner (just don't buy it for the lift off ability alone)! A huge thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this AMAZING product.

We have a mixture of laminate flooring and carpet, heavier on the laminate. With kids, the floor always seems to have crumbs. This vacuum is easy and quick to use to clean, sometimes multiple times per day. The string suction works great to get the little crumbs in hard to reach areas. I also love the detachable canister. It is very convenient to take the canister up the stairs to clear rather than hauling the entire vacuum. Overall, we love this vacuum and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I really needed a new vacuum so I was so excited to use this one! I think it is a great everyday use vacuum. I have about 60% carpet and 40% hard floor in my house. I also have 2 dogs who shed and a two year old toddler so I needed something good! When unpacking this vacuum it was so easy to put together and has a nice design to it. It's smaller than my previous vacuum which made it a lot easier to maneuver around. I have some wrist and neck problems so lugging around a big heavy vacuum is difficult for me. This one is light weight and is so easy to control. The lift off feature was great too! Dog hair seems to collect in the cracks between our carpet and the wall so I like to use the skinny attachment and go around and vacuum the cracks. The lift off feature made it very easy to do this because I could detach it from the bottom roller part and not have to carry it all around. The suction power is really good on this too and filled up with dog hair after vacuuming just one room. Who knew there was so much dog hair my old vacuum was missing!! I also really like how you can turn off the rollers because the hard flooring we have states not to use rollers on it. This feature makes it so easy to transition from carpet to hard floors. Overall, I am very pleased with this vacuum and would recommend it!

As a mom to two messy toddler boys, I definitely value an effective and powerful vacuum. Unfortunately, this one is actually too powerful, which I discovered the first time I used it, when it nearly filled the dust bin with carpet fibers. Hoping it had been a fluke, I tried to vacuum the same area of carpet a second and third time (to make sure), and each time, the strength of the brushroll and suction took up bits and pieces of my carpet. Granted, I live in an apartment, so I'm sure the carpet is not of the highest quality. However, I cannot use a vacuum that destroys my carpet. This vacuum has many pros: - Attractive look and design - Easy assembly/disassembly - Long extension wand - Easy to use - Dust bin is intuitive and easy to empty - Useful accessories - Powerful suction Cons: - Gets a little hot when used - Has a funny smell the first time or two that it's used - Suction/brushroll combination is so powerful that it actually suctions up the carpet itself I am truly impressed with the suction power of this vacuum, so much so that I may keep it so that I can use the extensions to clean things like air vents, baseboards, etc. However, I cannot recommend this vacuum because the main brushroll is so powerful that it is actually destructive.

We have 3 kids and this vacuum does a great job at picking up all of the dirt and crumbs from the floors. We have different flooring throughout the house and it's nice that this vacuum works on different floor levels. I love how everything is easy to take apart and clean. I loved that there are different setting for vacuuming carpet and hardwood/solid surface floors so that the main brush stops spinning so you don't scratch up your floors. The tangle-free spin brush is an amazing feature, especially in a household with 4 girls. Not having to cut hair from the spin brush has been life-changing. Being able to easily lift the vacuum off the base and release the wand in order to clean my stairs is a pretty cool feature. The thing that sold me on it though was when I vacuumed my area rug immediately after vacuuming with my other vacuum. I couldn't believe all that it had sucked up that was left behind by my other vacuum. I had to take a picture as proof. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to test this new vacuum cleaner, as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Our other vacuum is 12 years old, and like other appliances in the home, has reached its limits. I appreciate the compactness of the machine, and takes us less space than I imagined. The cleaning power is great; we used it to clean up pet hair and dust bunnies on our hardwood floors; swept up messes on our kitchen linoleum; under the couch cushion; and even used it in our car, in between and under the seats. While the machine is branded for pets, I appreciate its versatility and portability in cleaning up any mess we tried. My favorite feature is the "no more hair wrap". You never realize how many longer debris items get caught in your vacuum cleaner's cylinder, and this machine rings true to the advertising. I didn't have to spend an extra 10 minutes unraveling and cutting out debris in order to continue cleaning. I would highly recommend this product for anyone with kids, pets, or for folks who have a variety of surfaces to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this upright vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. After testing it on different surfaces, I must admit it's pretty great! It was super easy to use when vacuuming dog hair off the couch - the small attachment brush worked like a charm! Its suction was also strong enough to show me that my previous vacuum was not doing its job cleaning carpets - the basket was pretty full after just one pass! And the ability to turn off the rotation of the brush made it easy to clean the floors. It's not as maneuverable as a stick vacuum and it doesn't fit deep under the dresser or couch, but overall it's a great vacuum! It will be used on the 2nd floor of our house where we have carpeting.
