We Were already in the market for a new vacuum, so it was perfect timing. We have 2 dogs, a cat, and 3 feral children (ages 1-9), so we make plenty of crumbs, dust, and fur. The vacuum's first test was under not one, but two couches as we rearranged furniture. Apparently one of my kids spilled an entire tube of chips under the couch and smashed it into the carpet. This vacuum got it right up without any problem. Our other couch was on hard flooring and I adjusted the settings of the vacuum, turning off the roller, to gather all the fur and crumbs that had accumulated beneath. My favorite is how the vacuum's wand is easily detached in just a second to quickly vacuum up crumbs on the couch or the stairs. I've never had a vacuum that is so user friendly and efficient. Overall, 5 stars. I'm very happy with this.

We have 3 kids and this vacuum does a great job at picking up all of the dirt and crumbs from the floors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 6 kids, 6 cats and a golden retriever living in my home. We have mostly hard surfaces in the main areas of our home and carpet in the bedrooms. This neat little vacuum has been put through its paces for sure in the few weeks we have been using it. Here are some of my favorite features: 1. The clear view canister: it's actually kind of scary how quickly that filled up with dirt and animal hair but it's easy to see that the vacuum is doing its job and removing that all from the floors. It's also very easy to remove and empty and the clear view barrel leaves no guesswork as to when it needs emptying. 2. The swivel head is so maneuverable! The way the head attaches to the body of the vacuum makes it very easy to swivel around and use in tight spaces and from several angles. 3. There are clear instruction cards and reminder prompts on the vacuum itself for emptying, cleaning, and replacing filters or other parts. I love this because I won't have to remember where I put the user manuals when I suspect the filters need cleaning or if I need a new part. 4. This is also pretty compact for a full-size vacuum and easily stores upright in a corner or closet when not in use. The only cons I've thought of so far is that the vacuum is a little top heavy for a younger child to use with ease. My 6 year old can manage it but it's a little large for her to swivel it around as easily as an adult or older child. Also it is on the smaller side so the canister will need more frequent emptying especially if you have a large amount of carpet to vacuum or a lot of kids and animals like I do. I did receive this unit as part of the Stellar Product testing panel, but it has been a great unit and one I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I am very impressed with this vacuum. It was super quick to put together and took less than a minute to do so. I initially turned it on while it was sitting on my rug and as soon as I turned it on there was SO much gunk and dust getting picked up immediately. I could instantly see so much stuff swirling around in the chamber without even actually moving the vacuum!!! The suction is super strong! I've used it both on hardwood floors as well as carpet/rugs and it's super easy to push, it didn't require any more force on the carpet. I also used the Lift Off detachable pod while vacuuming my stairs and it made that process so much easier and lighter! I will never vacuum my stairs without it, that's definitely the best selling feature, and my favorite part. I don't have any pets, but I have 3 kids. One with allergies and a crawling baby and I trust this vacuum to pick up their messes and keep them safe from dust buildup and junk on the floor.

Right away, I was impressed by its sleek, modern design and how simple it was to assemble. One of my favorite features is the powerful suction—it picked up an impressive amount of dust, dirt, and hair from both my carpets and hard floors. I especially liked how easy it was to remove the extension wand, which made cleaning my stairs much more convenient. It steered smoothly overall, though I did notice it didn't glide quite as easily on the carpet, likely due to how strong the suction is. On hard floors, I was really pleased that it didn't scatter debris but instead collected everything instantly. The large dust canister was another big plus—it held a lot and was easy to empty, which meant fewer trips to the trash can. What impressed me most was how well it trapped fine dust particles. Overall, I had a positive experience with this vacuum. I'd give it 5 stars if it were a bit lighter—it's just a little heavy for me. But performance-wise, it definitely delivers.

I was highly impressed by the features of this product, so my so, that my husband commented on the silliness of my excited over a vacuum. I countered that my 9 year old was just as excited and trying it out himself too! First, I loved that this vacuum has many options between the lift-off canister for higher or unique surface cleaning beyond floors. I used this feature for cleaning very dusty blinds, a ceiling fan, and my cat-hair coated duvet cover. The canister is fairly lightweight, making it easy to carry. Second, I loved that the accessories for the wand tool are stored right on vacuum itself so that they do not get lost. Third, I like the surface height adjuster for hard floors versus carpeted areas and that it stops the brush roll when it's down for hard surfaces. Fourth, I like that so many parts can easily be broken down for cleaning maintenance of the vacuum itself. Overall, the suction power was great on a variety of surfaces and this vacuum will continue getting lots of use in my household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was easy to assemble right out of the box. It has a HUGE bin, which is so amazing for our big, carpeted basement. And the suction power is great. I felt like it was really picking everything up! The lift off feature came in super handy to clean our stairs and was very easy to use. The only reason I deducted a start was because it is harder to push and pull than any vacuum I've used previously. It's not impossible, but definitely noticeable (especially after a whole basement of carpet). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner is almost perfect! The suction power is great--cleaning well on both hard and carpeted surfaces. The cord is a great length so that you don't have to unplug and replug a million times while doing larger areas. The canister is super easy to remove and clean and LOVE that there are no bags to mess with. The detachable handle with wand is AMAZING to get into tough to reach spots like ceilings or underneath furniture and car seats. The wheels are super easy to clean (we have 5 girls in one house with lots of loose hair when vacuuming that gets stuck in the wheels) so that is super helpful. One of the BEST features of this vacuum though is how QUIET it is. I was really impressed with the cleaning power AND the reduced noise. The only downside I can find with this is the "lift off" ability, which seems to be the leading marketing tactic for this particular vacuum. Unfortunately, the majority of the vacuum is lifted off which is 90% of the weight and bulk of the cleaner making it essentially a useless feature since the only thing you "lift off" from is the base wheels that are lightweight as it is so we never use this feature. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend this vacuum cleaner (just don't buy it for the lift off ability alone)! A huge thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing this AMAZING product.

Our other vacuum is 12 years old, and like other appliances in the home, has reached its limits. I appreciate the compactness of the machine, and takes us less space than I imagined. The cleaning power is great; we used it to clean up pet hair and dust bunnies on our hardwood floors; swept up messes on our kitchen linoleum; under the couch cushion; and even used it in our car, in between and under the seats. While the machine is branded for pets, I appreciate its versatility and portability in cleaning up any mess we tried. My favorite feature is the "no more hair wrap". You never realize how many longer debris items get caught in your vacuum cleaner's cylinder, and this machine rings true to the advertising. I didn't have to spend an extra 10 minutes unraveling and cutting out debris in order to continue cleaning. I would highly recommend this product for anyone with kids, pets, or for folks who have a variety of surfaces to clean.
