[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For background info, I have multi surfaces throughout my home, carpet in bedrooms, tile in bathrooms and wood floors in main living. I vacuum my home on a daily basis with a stick vacuum but typically reserve a heavier duty vacuum (like this one) for a "cleaning day". With first use of this Max Lift-Off, I noticed a more powerful suction right away. This makes it obvious that this vacuum is picking up way more than my previous vacuum as evidenced by the canister. We do not have any indoor pets but I'm pretty sure my hair sheds like an animal so it has been nice to run this in my bathroom and bedroom to pick up all my hair. I also love how easy it is to switch from different types of floors easily as well go up the stairs with the Lift-Off feature. So far I'm pleased with this vacuum and the ease of its maneuvering capabilities. My favorite feature is how lightweight it is and again, how you can lift the canister off to go up the stairs or in a car, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box, this vacuum was very intuitive and easy to put together. Taking the canister off the base, and taking the hose out of the canister, are both done at the push of a button, making it a breeze to easily switch from floor vacuuming, to using the hose for high areas, to carrying the canister to vacuum the stairs. I really appreciate that the on/off switch is right at your thumb’s reach when carrying the canister. The extension on the hose is super long…for the first time I don’t have to try hard to reach high areas and ceilings! I’ve used this vacuum on hard surfaces, carpeting, as well as area rugs and upholstery…it handles all of these perfectly…especially our dog and cat hair. My favorite feature is by far that you can turn the roller brush off! My previous vacuum did not have this feature and it was very frustrating. The roller brush automatically turns off when the vacuum is upright, but you can also opt to turn it off for any task. I also appreciate that the fine tip hose extender attachment is 2-in-1…with a slideable brush to reduce the number of attachments to keep track of. Overall, this vacuum is sleek, lightweight, and an absolute breeze to use. I was pleasantly surprised at how fun this vacuum is to use and how much it actually makes me want to vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this upright vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I had a mixed experience with this vacuum. It has some great features that really stood out, but also a few tweaks I would make. In terms of look and design, the vacuum is sleek and modern. It has a compact build that doesn't take up much storage space, and the detachable base is a clever touch. I really liked the feature where the base can disconnect — it made it easier to clean stairs and tight corners without hauling the whole vacuum around. The spinning attachment head was another favorite of mine; it did a good job loosening up dirt and sucking up pet hair, especially on carpeted surfaces. When it comes to cleaning power, the vacuum definitely had strong suction. It helped me tackle everyday messes like dust, crumbs, and pet hair with no problem. I used it on a variety of surfaces — hardwood, low-pile carpet, and area rugs — and it performed well across the board in terms of picking up debris. Unfortunately, I did run into a couple of issues. The vacuum was surprisingly difficult to maneuver, especially in tighter areas. I found myself having to wrestle with it a bit more than I'd like. Another downside was the base spin brush — it kept getting jammed, which slowed down my cleaning routine and was frustrating to fix. All in all, this vacuum has some solid cleaning power and smart features, but the handling issues and brush jams might be a dealbreaker for some. If the maneuverability was improved, it would be a much stronger contender.

I can't even make this up, I was on my way out the door thinking what am I going to do until we can get another one and boom, there was a Clean view Max Lift Off vacuum on my porch. Stellar Product Testing Panel sent me one complimentary for my honest opinion and honestly I'm baffled at the timing but extremely grateful. I have an all carpet basement and some rugs but also a lot of wood floors as well and wanted something that would work well with both surfaces. Have yet to test it on the wood but it did well in the basement. Takes up a tad bit more room than our previous one, but it definitely gets the job done and is not heavy or overly bulky and I can use it for my whole house and the stairs so I'm pretty satisfied with the product and the timing was impeccable.

The cleaning power exceeded my expectations and I love the option to remove the hose and clean the ceilings with the handle. It's handled everything from fine dust to larger debris and really helped remove my pet fur everywhere since he sheds like crazy. I love the option to change from hard floor to carpet. The Bissell CleanView Max Lift Off has quite a few pros! The design is sleek and not bulky, the top of the vacuum head is flat so it easily fits under furniture to ensure you get those are hard to reach places and two different attachments. I love that there is a duster attachment that can slide up when you need it or go back down when you don't, it also locks the duster in place when you use it so no frustration with it sliding down! This is especially nice when you want to use it on tables/baseboards so you don't worry about scratching things up. The turbo brush is excellent for stairs and had great suction power. Unfortunately for me, the vacuum had more cons than pros. It is a very heavy vacuum, even when you lift it off the base to use it in a carrying position. There are only 2 options for suction power-bare floor/low carpet or high carpet. I had spaces that don't really fit those options so it was a little tricky trying to decide which option would give me the best clean. When vacuuming on carpet, you could hear/feel the suction when pushing forward but when pulling back, it felt like the suction power was lost. The vacuum has a very strong vibration and could be bothersome to people who are sensitive to that sensation. It is also incredibly loud. The bottom bristle says it is tangle free but it easily got hair wrapped around the bristle and was a little frustrating to get it clipped off and removed. Overall, it had decent suction power but the limited options for controlling the level of suction power based on the flooring type as well as the loudness and heaviness made it less than ideal.

It is easy to lift off from the roller portion which is really nice because it makes the vacuum easy to transport and maneuver while cleaning stairs. Packaging was great and it was easy and clear to assemble. The design of the vacuum is nice. I like how the accessories all have a place to snap or fit into so that they don't get misplaced as with other vacuums. There is nice extension on the hose and turning radius. The dust bin is easy to remove and empty. That said, there are some flaws. The buttons for floor surface type could be labeled clearer. A light would be a great feature. I've come to really like that feature on other vacuums especially for under furniture or in dark corners. The power button is in a weird spot, the power cord is a bit short, and it feels slightly heavy to push on carpet. The vacuum has great cleaning power. The roller brush claims to be tangle free, which would be great, but I haven't put that to the test. The lift off feature is my favorite. It makes cleaning the stairs so much easier as before I would have to lug my full size vacuum up each stair and it oftentimes fell over and dropped down a few steps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy using this CleanView® Max Lift-Off vacuum! I received it from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. This vacuum is packed with so many features it is an all in one. The suction power is great and it has an easy to use button to adjust for the type of surface you are cleaning. I love that all tye buttons are up high so you dohave to bend over or search for them. It even allows you to turn the roller on and off while maintaining suction. I love this! I have rugs/mats that are high pile and they would get sucked up in other vacuums. NOT with this one! Even without the roller on it got my rugs clean. I used this on my carpets and hardwood floors. It did great on both. The detachable hose allowed me to get into corners and clean my baseboards as well. If you are on the fence with this product I say go for it. It is just so easy to use and has a washable filter. I cannot say enough good things about this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I have been really pleased with the CleanView® Max Lift-Off vacuum. It is sleek and has great suction power. I have primarily used the vacuum on carpet and I have been impressed with how much it sucks up each time. I vacuum once a week and I feel like the vacuum was able to pick up more than my previous vacuum. I love the attachments and I love that they store nicely on the vacuum. My favorite feature of this vacuum is the brush on the bottom. I like that you can select if its plush carpet or hard wood. I also love how the brush is designed and the vacuum lines that it leaves in the carpet as I vacuum. There were a few downsides for me with the CleanView® Max Lift-Off. It seemed liked the cord was pretty short and was hard to reach across a large room, and I had to keep switching outlets when I was vacuuming. In comparison to my other vacuum which is a similar size and style, I felt like the CleanView® Max Lift-Off was heavier and harder to push. It was definitely not too heavy, but I have previously used lighter vacuums. Lastly, I love the lift-off feature and it works great for upholstery. I had hoped to use the lift-off feature for when I was vacuuming my stairs, but I felt like it didn't get a great clean. I received this product to test through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
