[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off that I received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, is a great vacuum! The first thing I used it on was my stairs using the Turbo Brush Tool. Its great for stairs as you can remove the base to make the vacuum lighter to carry up and down the stairs while vacuuming. The turbo brush tool made my carpet feel super clean. The suction on the vacuum is great and powerful but not too powerful that it makes it hard to push. I used the whole vacuum to clean the carpet in my upstairs rooms. I noticed a huge difference in the tangle free roller compared to other vacuums that I have had. The tangle free roller really helped get up hair and thread from my sewing room without it getting stuck in the roller. I really enjoy that the dust catcher is clear so I can see when it is full and how much dust and debris the vacuum picked up. I love the handle on the vacuum as well. It felt great in my hand and my hand didn't get fatigued while cleaning. I used it on both carpet, hard vinyl flooring and my area rug and it worked great on all 3 surfaces! The only issue I had was with the cord moving around while vacuuming. it has a slot for it to rest in near the handle but I could not get it to stay there. Definitely not a deal breaker on this vacuum though! This is a great vacuum cleaner for anyone looking to keep their house clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using this vacuum pretty regularly on multiple surfaces (hard floor, low carpet, high pile carpet, washable rugs) and using the hose wand and all of it’s attachments on a variety of messes for about a week now. PROS: Out of the box, it was very easy to set up and we got to use it right away. It’s got great suction that can be adjusted (if it feels like the suction is not very good, you probably need to change the switch on the handle to low carpet/bare floor instead of plush carpet). The tangle free roller is a game changer. We have a dog and 4 people in our household with long hair, so we’re pretty used to cutting hair off of the roller of vacuums. This roller immediately got hair wrapped around it (see pictures), but it came right off much more easily than any other vacuum we’ve had. The suction level settings are fantastic for our needs: the low carpet/bare floor setting is high enough to actually suck up dirt etc, but low enough it doesn’t suck our washable rugs off of their Velcro pads. Between the hose and the regular vacuum, it did a great job of cleaning all of the messes we put to it: floor and ceiling crevices and corners, dirt/cereal/dog food, and regular everyday vacuuming. We also appreciate that you can use the hose/want attachment without having to unwind the entire cord like on our old vacuum. I also really liked the option of using the brush on the crevice tool on my baseboards. CONS: I gave it four stars because it’s not the sharpest looking vacuum and the vacuum itself and its parts feel like they are made out of cheap plastic. It’s a little louder and heavier than our old vacuum (a similar model of a different brand), and the cord is a lot shorter than our other vacuum. It also doesn’t propel itself along the carpet as well. This, and its weight, makes it harder for my kids to competently use. Its clearance is too low to go over cereal and dog food on the floor, but the hose easily takes care of them. Otherwise, the dirt tank is spacious and empties easily, even when filled with lots of hair and dust. Everything is pretty clearly labeled and it is easy and effective to use. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it. If it weren’t for the negative things I outlined above, I’d think it was the perfect vacuum!

I never realized how much my old vacuum wasn't picking up until I used this one for the first time. It was disturbing how much dust and junk I had on my floors. YIKES. I love that my house feels extra clean when I use this vacuum. I love the different settings for carpet or hard floor making it convenient to clean my whole house with the one vacuum. My favorite part of this vacuum is the fact that my 4 year old can even use it efficiently. She loves to help clean and this vacuum is light weight and doesn't lift up the front end when the handle leans far back. The size is perfect so it's easy to store. I would highly recommend this upright vacuum to anyone.

Overall, I am impressed with the look and design of the product. The vacuum is pretty light and glides very easy on tile and hardwood floors. I especially like how it swivels and picks up close around corners and alongside the baseboards. I found it required a little more strength when vacuuming a low carpet as it did not move or glide smoothly. I also found the wheels constantly got tangled with the cord due to the position of the cord. It sits very low. If the cord were positioned a little higher up on vacuum this would alleviate the problem. The cord could stand to be a little longer. Attachments are easy to use and works well cleaning blinds and sofa. Vacuum assembly was not complicated and found it easy to empty and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to use the Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off* Vacuum I received through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have to preface by saying that we have a cat as well as a fully grown Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix. I vacuum every single day to keep up with all the pet hair. Our home is mostly tile floors, with throw rugs in large spaces and then each bedroom is carpeted. I appreciate that I switch from carpet to tile cleaning, as well as the lift height for lower to higher pile carpeting. The furniture tool to clean the fur from the couch is also very helpful. In just the short time I've used the vacuum, I've rubbed the print of the writing off on the handle, which indicates the lift position. It would be a bit convenient to have the switch for carpet to tile located in the same general areal and not further down (closer to the middle) of the vacuum, just so that it could be done with the same hand holding the vacuum. I was blown away by just how much hair was collected the first time I vacuumed with this new machine! As stated before, I vacuum every day, so to see that much in the chamber was quite surprising. It was pretty informative as to how well my previous machine was working. I have attached a picture of what the chamber held after that first initial use. Along with our two hairy pets, I also have a five year old son. Somehow he manages to get crumbs, dirt, wood chips and craft scraps everywhere. Not a single bit of his mess gets left behind, the durability of the machine and suction of the vacuum sucks it all up. It works so well I've even sucked up a few hidden Legos here and there, but the CleanView chamber allowed me to find them and fish them out immediately. Overall, I'm very happy with my new vacuum, clean floors and pet hair-free couches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CleanView® Max Lift-Off is my new favorite vacuum. It has incredible suction power and is great for our multi-pet household. We have a dog and a cat so vacuuming regularly is a necessity. Furthermore, we have a multi surface floor — lots of rugs and some hard wood. The CleanView Max Lift-Off does a really nice job on all surfaces, pivoting easily from high-pile carpet to hard wood or tile. I even used it on litter! Ordinarily, my vacuums spit the litter everywhere. This vacuum does a great job of sucking up the small particles. After one use, I was shocked at how much it picked up that my other vacuum missed! I absolutely love the way the Lift-Off can be used in multiple ways. The lift off feature, its namesake, is truly awesome and makes cleaning with the accessories a breeze. And the suction brush is the best attachment on a vac I have ever encountered. What a powerful little brush! The lift off feature makes cleaning steps or hard to navigate areas just about effortless. This vacuum is also super easy to figure out and assemble and is relatively light. It is easy to figure out and easy to clean. My only complaint is that emptying the canister is a little tough if you have compacted debris, but this is a minimal flaw and truthfully wouldn’t deter me at all from recommending this powerful machine. Overall, I cannot recommend the CleanView Max Lift-Off enough!

We received this vacuum cleaner the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, we have been impressed with the ease of use and ability to clean thoroughly with this vacuum. compared to other models, we also enjoy the look and design. We are very impressed with cleaning power, in particular, the ability to suck up pet hair. We have used this on carpet and hardwood floor alike with similar results on both. We appreciated the ability to use the nozzle on our stairs, where we also have issue with excessive cat hair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a vacuum, particularly if they have indoor pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not used a vacuum with in over 5 years. However, cordless vacuums often lack the power needed for debris such as dog hair. I recently adopted a yellow lab and now have A LOT of dog hair to deal with. My house is a combination of hard wood floors, area rugs, and wall to wall carpeted areas. The vacuum came in several pieces and the instructions were easy to use. The only thing that they didn't show was that you can store both attachments on the vacuum when not using (the instructions only showed one storage area, later I discovered the second area). The vacuum does have a cord and standard cord storage spot. I do wish it had in internal storage area where you press a lever, and it winds it up. The vacuum is pretty light for how much power it has, and it is very easy to transition from hard woods to low-pile rugs to high-pile rugs. I have a rug in my garage that accumulates a lot of dirt, pine needles, dog hair since it is the first stop before you enter my house. The cordless vacuums I have do not get the rug all the way clean. This vacuum easily removed everything! The 2 attachments are easy to access from their storage areas and equally easy to use. Emptying the canister is similar to other vacuums I've used, you just use a button to remove the section, hold it over a garbage can, and release the dirt straight in. I haven't needed to clean the filters yet, but the instructions indicate that you can wash and re-use the filters which I like better than having to replace them. I gave the vacuum 4 out of 5 stars because of the way the cord is designed (you have to keep moving it out of the way when you are vacuuming and it seemed somewhat shorter than I would have liked). Also, a lot of other vacuums I have used recently have some sort of light near the front so that you can really see the dirt you are going to pick up, this one did not. The front bottom part of the vacuum is also pretty high, so it is hard to reach under furniture, appliances, etc. All in all, I would say this a sturdy vacuum with great power to dirt and pet hair, easy to put together and use, but more of the standard bulky design without any frilly upgrades.

It took under 3 minutes to assemble (seriously), and it glides so smoothly it almost swivels. Even my 5-year-old gave it a go and had no trouble zipping across the carpet. First test? The family room, aka our long-haired cat's favorite nap zone. Despite regular vacuuming, it pulled up a shocking amount of fur and dust (photo proof exists). The crevice tool came in clutch for those tricky dining room corners, and switching between carpet and hardwood was effortless—just a quick button flip. What sold me? Its power and versatility. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a full time stay at home mom of 5 children, I am constantly vacuuming and edging hard floors and carpets. Before I used this vacuum, we had two other vacuums we used interchangeably on the main floor as well as the 2nd and 3rd floor of our home. Downslide of this arrangement was we had to use both vacuums in order to get the job done well. For example, the canister vacuum was great at hard wood floors and edging, it was terrible for vacuuming carpets. Our upright vacuum on the other hand vacuumed carpets perfectly! However, there was no attachment to edge and I never felt comfortable using it on my hardwood floors because I was afraid the brush would scratch the finish. The CleanView Max Lift-Off does what our canister and upright vacuum do but in one! Again, as a stay at home mom tending to her children and the many, many messes throughout the day, this is a game changer as I can rely on one instrument to do a good job without the hassle of using two other vacuums. The suction is great; it is very easy to assemble (I do not typically read instructions fyi); it is lightweight; and no bags needed! This last bit is a huge plus for me- just fill the dust canister and then dump it. How much more convenient can you get? Game changer all around to my cleaning routine in our very busy home.
