I was immediately impressed with the strong suction. Even on tile floor, I have never had problems cleaning up debris. The smaller attachment wand is also easy to use on furniture and hard-to-reach areas. My favorite feature is the tangle free brush! It keeps human hair from wrapping around the brush roll and breaking the belt. I absolutely recommend it just for this feature!

Right out of the box, I was impressed by how sleek and modern it looked. The design feels sturdy yet lightweight and it is very user friendly. The cleaning power really exceeded my expectations. It tackled everything from everyday crumbs, heavier debris, and especially pet hair (which is very important during shedding season with two dogs). I was especially impressed by how well it handled high traffic areas. The suction is strong and consistent, and it didn’t lose power even after extended use. I used this vacuum on multiple surfaces like carpet, hardwood floors, and area rugs and it performed beautifully on all of them. The only issue I had was the transition from hardwood floor to hallway runners as it tents to get stuck on the edges, otherwise it transitioned smoothly between different surfaces. My favorite feature by far is the Lift Off canister. Being able to detach it for above floor cleaning is a total game changer! It made cleaning the ceiling fan, couches and corners so much easier and more efficient. It added a level of flexibility that I hadn’t realized I was missing with my previous vacuum.

Pros- This vacuum is very easy to put together. It is very light weight, which is great for moving it from different levels. This is easy to empty. Main cons are that due to it being light weight it just feels cheaply made, feels like it will break very easily. Suction is mediocre, I feel like I need to go over the area 3 times to get all the hair up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I can't give partial stars but would give this a solid 4.5 (possibly 4.7) stars out of 5. The suction on this vacuum cleaner is pretty great. This was very easy to assemble (didn't even need the directions), not incredibly heavy and you have the ability to remove from wand at both the hose and the container part. I LOVE the small turbo attachment. Combine that with the ability to remove the hose and I don't think my carpeted stairs have been cleaner. I actually prefer this vacuum on hardwoods over my very plush carpet. I find on my carpet, it does well, but noticed on some things it took a couple of passes to pick up some bigger crumbs, as it would just push them behind. The suction also is VERY strong on smaller rugs, so had some trouble with the vacuum sucking up the rug too. I don't have pets but do have lots of shedding people in my house, and so far, I have not seen any wrapping of hair around the brush, which is plus. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to others who have mixed flooring throughout their house and want a vacuum that does it all.

This is a fantastic lightweight upright vacuum that’s made a huge difference in how easily I can keep my house clean—especially with two kids, a dog and a cat running around. It’s oddly motivating and really gives a sense of how effective the vacuum is. The suction is extremely powerful—it easily picked up dog hair, cat hair, human hair, and the usual kid messes without a problem. Another big plus: it worked flawlessly on all floor types in my home which includes hardwood, tile, area rugs, and carpet. Switching between surfaces was seamless, and I never felt like I had to go over the same spot multiple times. The lightweight design was also a game changer. This vacuum has been a solid addition to my cleaning routine. It's a bit lighter than your standard upright vacuum, which makes it easier to carry around and maneuver, especially with the lift-off canister for stairs and tight corners. The suction power is strong, and picks up dust, pet hair, and debris effectively on both carpet and hard floors. The sliding notch on the handle allows you to easily adjust the suction level, depending on the surface you're cleaning (hardwood/ low carpet vs plush carpet). The lift-off feature operates smoothly and detaches with minimal effort, eliminating the need for any excessive pulling or force. The canister is a decent size and is easy to empty. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions/ volume capacity, but I'm able to vacuum my whole downstairs (approx 1200 sq ft) before emptying it, even with a moderate amount of dog hair. I included a picture of my hand on top of it for reference. My only concern is durability—it doesn't feel as sturdy as some other vacuums I've used in the past. Some of the plastic components seem a little flimsy, so I'm curious how it will hold up over time with regular use. Overall, it cleans well and is convenient to use, but I knocked off one star for the build quality. Still, it's a well-performing vacuum that gets the job done efficiently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CleanView Max Lift-Off that I received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, is a great vacuum! The first thing I used it on was my stairs using the Turbo Brush Tool. Its great for stairs as you can remove the base to make the vacuum lighter to carry up and down the stairs while vacuuming. The turbo brush tool made my carpet feel super clean. The suction on the vacuum is great and powerful but not too powerful that it makes it hard to push. I used the whole vacuum to clean the carpet in my upstairs rooms. I noticed a huge difference in the tangle free roller compared to other vacuums that I have had. The tangle free roller really helped get up hair and thread from my sewing room without it getting stuck in the roller. I really enjoy that the dust catcher is clear so I can see when it is full and how much dust and debris the vacuum picked up. I love the handle on the vacuum as well. It felt great in my hand and my hand didn't get fatigued while cleaning. I used it on both carpet, hard vinyl flooring and my area rug and it worked great on all 3 surfaces! The only issue I had was with the cord moving around while vacuuming. it has a slot for it to rest in near the handle but I could not get it to stay there. Definitely not a deal breaker on this vacuum though! This is a great vacuum cleaner for anyone looking to keep their house clean!

Ome of my main issues with my previous vacuum was all the kickback of dirt on hard floors. With this vacuums setting for hard floors, the brush does not spin so there's no kickback. It is very powerful and picks up quickly and efficiently. It even pulls dirt from underneath areas that the vacuum can't reach like the edge of the dresser or stove. I was also blown away at how good it made my carpets look. It made them look so plush and brand new again. I actually dont think they looked this good when they were new. The attachments are also extremely powerful. I've never had a vacuum that could pick up cat hair completely, but this one does. The vacuum is fairly quiet. The turbo brush is insanely loud, but it's OK because it gets the job done very well. I love that the vacuum detaches and can be carried easily upstairs or reach high areas. The one complaint I have is that it is pretty top heavy which made my hand ache quite a lot, but after using it a few times that went away and I got used to it. Other than that, it's amazing and perfect for households that have a combination of hard floors and carpet. Super pleased!!

I did think the canister was a little large, but I do have a dog and carpet areas to vacuum so it would hold a lot. When using the vacuum, I was immediately impressed with the strong suction power.
