I’ve even started reaching for it in place of my cordless stick vac because it’s so user friendly and the suction is that good. It easily goes between carpet/rugs and hard flooring with no issues. There’s a conveniently located toggle on the handle to indicate which flooring you’re on. The brush roll on/off switch is part of the power toggle located further down the base, which might be better located on the handle for quick switching, but that’s the only thing I’d change about it. Emptying the bin is simple and mess free. Releasing the wand to add attachments is a simple twist and click. Another unexpected bonus… it’s so lightweight and easily maneuverable that my 8 year old son has found a new passion in vacuuming! Though honestly, it’s such a pleasure to use that I don’t mind doing it myself!

The first time I used this CleanView vacuum I was so humbled I had so much hair, dust, and dirt left on the floor. I was borderline embarrassed at the amount of stuff this vacuum picked up. We are a no shoes in the home house, so I didn't think there would be that much dirt, but I was proven wrong. I have two other vacuums that I use in the home, so I couldn't believe what they left behind. I've used it three seperate times now, and it still keeps lifting dirt and hair up! This vacuum is lightweight and has great swivel, which was important to me since I have arthritis and sometimes my wrist will hurt from the heavy vacuums. This item glides with ease on the carpet and I loved the fact that you could change the height of it so you could use it on a fluffy carpet or a dense carpet. It's not a single setting, so you can adjust it to suit your carpet or your hardwood floor. So no more sweping! You can also turn off the rotating brush so you can glide on your hardwood floor as well. The attachments are so easy to put on and off. I really enjoyed the suction attachment with the retractable bristles. Instead of having three attachments, two are in one setting. So less items to fuss with. I also didn't feel like the hose attachments lost any suction. It did a fantastic job at getting cat hair off of the couch. The hose is super flexible and I didn't feel like it was going to crack if I moved it a certain way like I have for other vacuums. Overall, I feel like this vacuum is a 6/5 and a must have. In the image I attached is the third time I've used it in our bedroom. It's been completely emptied out each time, so I'm still shocked that after a week there is this much dirt just in out bedroom.

Right out of the box, the design is sleek and modern, and it feels durable without being bulky or hard to maneuver. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making it both powerful and user-friendly. The cleaning power is seriously impressive. From everyday crumbs and pet hair to deeper messes in the carpet, it handled everything with ease. I used it on a mix of surfaces like hardwood floors, area rugs, and thick carpeting, and it transitioned between them seamlessly without losing suction. But hands down, my favorite feature is the motorized hose attachment. It made cleaning my stairs so much easier. Instead of struggling with a heavy vacuum or settling for a weak handheld tool, I was able to power through pet hair and dust in all the nooks and crannies, fast and with minimal effort. This vacuum made a not-so-fun chore feel a lot more manageable, and that’s saying something. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, multi-surface vacuum with smart features that actually make a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum. It has great power and I feel as if it is relatively quiet for how much power it has. I have only used it on soft surfaces, but the thickness has varied. One of my favorite features is the ability to change the amount of suction the vacuum has. It is easily accessible while using the vacuum. It’s nice to be able to change it when I go from the carpet to rugs, such as the ones in the bathrooms. There are a couple things that detract from giving 5 stars though, and this is just my personal preference. The wand detaches easily, but I feel as though the reach isn’t that great. It may get looser over time, but right now the hose it is quite tight and just pulls the vacuum when reaching with it. The next thing is the debris tank seems small. The max line doesn’t allow for much debris. I have a large area to vacuum, but had to empty twice to be able to finish. Overall, great vacuum and I prefer it over my previous one.

We have four young kids and live in a 100 year old house so I vacuum every day, sometimes more than once. We have multiple vacuums for various purposes and I didn’t realize that I was lacking a POWERFUL vacuum to save my back from picking up the tiny things my old vacuums wouldn’t get. I was amazed by the suction and power of this vacuum. We used it on hardwood floors, wool area rugs and the heavily trafficked entryway mats (that get very dirty during New England mud season!). I was surprised by how powerful this vacuum was and that it wasn’t heavier or louder. It’s definitely not a lightweight vacuum but it was easy to maneuver and so effective at quickly getting up the stuff on my floors that I didn’t mind the weight. I found myself taking the time to get it plug it in rather than using my lightweight cordless vacuum which just isn’t powerful enough! For fellow moms whose house never seems to stay clean, I highly recommend this piece of household equipment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am quite pleased with this Bissell CleanView Max Lift Off. It has great suction. The canister size is good. I can vacuum our entire upstairs before emptying. It did a great job on a room I am remodeling. I had vacuumed it with a different device, but when running the CleanView Max Lift Off back over it, it picked up dust and debris the other missed. It did a superb job on our downstairs vinyl flooring. The attachments shine on our carpeted stairs and for the baseboards. My only con is wanting the corrugated hose to be better integrated with the handle. It comes out from the canister then runs up the handle. There is a clip, but it is still a bit loose. I am impressed with its first usage throughout our home. I would recommend it to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are thrilled with our new CleanView® Max Lift-Off vacuum. With 2 kids and 2 large dogs, our house can get quite messy. And when our old vacuum bit the dust, we needed an affordable and dependable option. Look no further than this beauty by Bissell. First off, it’s easy to assemble. I was able to do it in less than 5 minutes while I watched my kids spread glitter all over the house - so every second mattered. Thankfully, this bad boy is pretty light weight (I’d give it a 4 out of 5 in this category) so I could tow it from one mess to the other with ease. I was pleasantly surprised by the power of this vessel, as glitter, dog hair, kid and furry husband hair, and all other debris seemed no match for the Bissell. Hardwood, carpet, fancy rugs, even our microfiber sofa that somehow gets covered in dog hair even though they aren’t allowed on it (gotta have some boundaries, right?!) came up clean in no time. The design of the vacuum is good - nothing spectacular, but it’s a vacuum, so I don’t need it to turn heads. I will say, it’s super easy to pull out the wand and use the attachments, which I appreciate for those tough to get spots. All in all, it’s worth it. It’s not the bell of the ball, and it’s a little heavier than the weights I use in my Monday night Pilates class, but it gets the job done.

The CleanView® Max Lift-Off not only keeps up with my former favorite, but actually out performs it. When I first started using the CleanView® Max Lift-Off I wanted to see what it could handle. I dumped some dried cereal directly from the box right onto the carpet, it sucked it up no problem. I then decided to step on said cereal and crush it into a tiny pieces. It sucked it up no problem. Then I decided to do it on the bare floor. I'm not sure how many can agree with me, but the bare floor claim that many makers claim their vacuum does, it does anything but. So I decided to do the serial test on my linoleum, tiled, and hardwood floors. With minimal effort, the mess was no longer there. Did I mention how this vacuum is so extremely lightweight? If not, I am now! Not in the mood to pick up chairs to get around things or move furniture? No need to worry about that because the CleanView® Max Lift-Off has an ever so smooth transitioning swivel head that makes it so easy to get right into tight corners without having to move everything to do so. When all is said and done, Bissell has definitely gained a new customer! Not only do I highly recommend this vacuum, but I fully support the claims that this vacuum makes because it does exactly what it says it does with no questions asked. Oh, psst! I completely forgot to mention the Clearview. You can see everything that it sucks up as well as having the ability to know when it needs to be emptied without having to take everything apart, that is complete convenience that I for one most certainly appreciate!

Between packing, sorting, up and down attics and basements there’s been quite a bit of floor debris to keep up with. In addition I struggle with allergies so the extra dust has not been helpful. I also wanted something to clean door jams and window sills with so to not leave the new owner with a mess. This vacuum covers all those territories and more. I currently have a mixture of hardwood floors and area rugs with minimal carpeting. I love the versatility to set between high pile and low pile/ bare floors for the different jobs as well as the maneuvering around tighter spaces . The cord length is awesome as I can do a large area without having to re plug in different outlets. The feature of the lift off canister was great for vacuuming mattresses as well as window sills. The hose attachments are also fantastic allowing me to get into tight corners and loosen some dirt that my previous vacuum wouldn’t touch . Before using this I vacuumed with my previous vacuum to see if it picked up much that my old one may have missed and was impressed with the results . I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone who has a variety of jobs to tackle without having to use multiple devices.

Not only was it easy to assemble (less than five minutes), and easy to maneuver (my 6-year-old can help vacuum), it has great power! After vacuuming with my old vacuum first, I then used the Max Lift-Off and the canister was full! The attachments also work great on my furniture. The size is also perfect - not to bulky, and easy to store.
