Overall, I am impressed with the look and design of the product. The vacuum is pretty light and glides very easy on tile and hardwood floors. I especially like how it swivels and picks up close around corners and alongside the baseboards. I found it required a little more strength when vacuuming a low carpet as it did not move or glide smoothly. I also found the wheels constantly got tangled with the cord due to the position of the cord. It sits very low. If the cord were positioned a little higher up on vacuum this would alleviate the problem. The cord could stand to be a little longer. Attachments are easy to use and works well cleaning blinds and sofa. Vacuum assembly was not complicated and found it easy to empty and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really enjoy my Clean-View Max Lift-Off Vacuum! Compared to vacuums I've had in the past, I'd say this one is my favorite due to it's size and force! The Clean-View Max Lift-Off is the perfect size, especially when we are limited for space in our apartment. Other vacuums I've had in the past have had a lot of attachments that I've rarely used, while this product is simplified with just two attachments - the Dusting Brush and TurboBrush. So far, I've found the TurboBrush the most helpful, as our cat loves to lay in the same spots and tends to leave a lot of her fur behind. Another feature that I've enjoyed, is just how the vacuum glides across our hardwood floors and area rugs, as it feels effortless! With vacuums in the past, I've felt that I had to go over the same area several times and would eventually need to use the hose to suck up certain materials. Honestly, the only reason I didn't give this vacuum 5/5 stars is because the power cord is not retractable, which is just a personal preference. Other than that, I am beyond happy with my CleanView® Max Lift-Off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell Cleanview Max Liftoff vacuum as part of the Stellar Testing Panel. I had a mostly positive experience with this vacuum and would definitely recommend it. The only cons are that it's a bit bulky and it's not as good at sucking up bigger things if there are a lot of them. My kids play with dried beans in a sensory bin and when vacuuming up the beans it took a few pass-throughs to get all of the beans. I haven't had to clean the hair off of the roller yet but the roller cover is screwed in with normal screws, meaning when the roller needs to be cleaned it isn't a super easy process, I'd consider that a con as well. Otherwise I thought it was a great vacuum. Great suction, easy to empty the canister, easy to remove and use the wand, easy to clean the different filters, clean and modern design. I used it on fairly thick carpet as well as vinyl floors and it worked well on both surfaces. It has a convenient suction modifier, allowing for different levels of suction on different surfaces. We have three girls in our house with long hair and it did a good job of sucking that up with minimal amount of hair on the roller. Definitely a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great vacuum! The parts all snaped together easily and my family put it to work immediately. We have four kids and four cats in our home, so there is always so much dirt and hair to clean up. The CleanView® Max Lift-Off cleaned it all. It has amazing suction (my husband exclaimed “this vacuum really sucks” after using it on the rug in his office) and it easily cleaned up all of the cat litter a rug under our litter box. It has settings for plush carpet and low carpet/bare floor. Both worked very well on our carpets, rugs, doormats, and hardwood floors. The 2-in-1 Dusting Brush and Crevice Tool was perfect for getting under furniture and into corners to capture dust bunnies. One of my favorite features was that the Lift-Off Pod could detach from the foot and be easily carried around. This made vacuuming above my head so much easier to manage. Without the foot, it was light enough for our 8 year old to hold it while she vacuumed the stairs. This vacuum was very thoughtfully designed and will get regular use in our home.

It easily transitions from carpets to hardwood floors, and the Lift-Off canister feature is a total lifesaver for stairs, upholstery, and those hard-to-reach corners. What really stood out to me was how lightweight and easy to maneuver it is, especially for someone who doesn’t want vacuuming to feel like a workout. The suction is incredible—even pet hair and crumbs didn’t stand a chance. I also love how simple it is to empty the dust bin and clean the filter. This vacuum has quickly become my favorite cleaning tool. It saves me time, keeps my home looking spotless, and gives me that satisfying deep-clean feeling every time. If you’re on the fence—get it. You won’t regret it!

As soon as we got it put together, I vacuumed the master bedroom, which has some older carpet in it. As we'd vacuumed earlier that week, I thought the carpet was clean and didn't expect much, but woah - this new vacuum pulled a ton of dirt and dust out of the supposedly clean carpets. Our household has 1 mama and 3 little girls - so there's a lot of hair shedding, etc. and this vacuum has been amazing handling that and the inclusion of the silicone strip on the bottom seems to really prevent hair from getting caught up in the beater bar. There is one thing that I wish the vacuum had and that's a telescoping or extendable arm. We have cathedral ceilings in our home and, even on a ladder, I can't get the arm to reach the tallest part of the ceilings.

I have used other vacuums in the past that work for bare and carpeted floors so I appreciate the adjustment being on the top handle rather than having to bend down each time to adjust as I move from carpet to tile in my house. I thought the handle detached very easily to quickly switch from floor to stick for those hard to reach places. My only downside is it wasn't the most powerful vacuum I have ever used, but definitely up there. I received this product as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box, this vacuum was very intuitive and easy to put together. Taking the canister off the base, and taking the hose out of the canister, are both done at the push of a button, making it a breeze to easily switch from floor vacuuming, to using the hose for high areas, to carrying the canister to vacuum the stairs. I really appreciate that the on/off switch is right at your thumb’s reach when carrying the canister. The extension on the hose is super long…for the first time I don’t have to try hard to reach high areas and ceilings! I’ve used this vacuum on hard surfaces, carpeting, as well as area rugs and upholstery…it handles all of these perfectly…especially our dog and cat hair. My favorite feature is by far that you can turn the roller brush off! My previous vacuum did not have this feature and it was very frustrating. The roller brush automatically turns off when the vacuum is upright, but you can also opt to turn it off for any task. I also appreciate that the fine tip hose extender attachment is 2-in-1…with a slideable brush to reduce the number of attachments to keep track of. Overall, this vacuum is sleek, lightweight, and an absolute breeze to use. I was pleasantly surprised at how fun this vacuum is to use and how much it actually makes me want to vacuum.

The design is sleek and simple which is nice. We have two toddlers who make all kinds of messes and a dog that sheds a ton so we are vacuuming constantly! We have used it on carpet, laminate, and our living room rug and it has tackled it all. I love that it has a switch on the handle to accommodate differing plush levels on hard floors to carpet. Overall, very happy with this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin, I have a dog that sheds NON-STOP, and a cat. I was excited to try this vacuum to see how it held up to our daily mess. First, putting together the vacuum was a breeze. So simple! The pieces themselves are lightweight, and it almost gives a feeling like it’s fragile and will not be powerful. However, it is powerful! It is a nice looking machine and designed well. I vacuumed a few surfaces on my first go around to test it out. Carpet: it did its job! Maybe 2-3 times I had to go back over a little piece of dirt before it got it, but otherwise it did great. Left fantastic lines that I wasn’t expecting because it didn’t seem like it would be THAT powerful. Tile in bathroom: I switched the roller off and flipped the switch to bare floor and it sucked up every bit of hair and dust beautifully. Bath rugs: I cannot currently vacuum these with the vacuum I have, because it will suck the rugs up. However, with this bissell I can! It took a bit of effort to push the machine over it back and forth but it works, and I love that!! I also used the crevice/duster attachment to see how it would do. Let me just say beforehand that I am SO glad the vacuum itself has two spots for the attachments. Some vacuums don’t have anywhere to keep the attachments and that is awful - I either misplace or just never use them. I used the duster brush on our air return and it worked MUCH better than I anticipated. It didn’t seem like there was crazy good suction feeling it with my hand, but it got all of the dust and all of the pet hair off with the brush! I also used this tool without the brush to get kitty litter off of the rubber mat I keep in front of the litter box, and it worked just fine. Overall, this vacuum did wonderful! It is lightweight (which gives the impression it won’t be powerful), powerful, convenient, and flexible. The swivel head helps navigate around spaces, the brush roll can be turned on or off and does a great job on carpets (brush roll on) and hard floors (brush roll off). The dirt cup was extremely easy to empty. I did check the brush roll when I was done, out of curiosity, and it looks like there was maybe 1-2 hairs wrapped on it, but it doesn’t look like those are going to create a rat’s nest over the roll. After using it on a variety of surfaces and messes, I don’t think there is a mess this Bissell won’t handle, and I love it. I think my favorite thing about this vacuum is the attachments and having a place to store the attachments. This is a huge plus, so thank you Bissell!
