Therefore, as a busy mom of two young children and two dogs, I am excited to share with you my thoughts on the Bissell CleanView Max vacuum to help future buyers when purchasing their next vacuum! I easily assembled this vacuum and was pleased with the ease of its functions. My overall impression of this vacuum is that it is very user friendly. A few clicks with a couple of parts directly out of the box and I was ready to test the product! The overall look of the vacuum is very sleek. There are not any complicated attachments or buttons. A switch located at the top of the vacuum easily changes modes from use of roller to non roller function. A second button adjusts modes from carpet to non carpet surfaces. With one touch of a switch, the vacuum easily lifts off to tackle those hard to reach places. To my pleasant surprise, the attached hose was longer than any other vacuum I have ever utilized. That added to even greater ease of reaching places that typical vacuums can’t get to. I also love how the attachments all had a storage spot on the vacuum. They’re not going to get lost and forgotten in a cabinet as they remain attached to the vacuum when in use. In terms of the vacuum’s cleaning power, everyday messes were easily gone. It also easily picks up pet hair. Because the vacuum has a clear canister, you can see everything that has been picked up after vacuuming. I was surprised to see how much the vacuum suctioned out of what I thought was very clean carpeting. In our home, we have many types of flooring. I was pleased to see the vacuum easily transitions from hardwood flooring, to area rugs, to carpeting, and even tile floors! With one click of the button, the vacuum easily adjusts to all different types of flooring. That is extremely helpful for busy moms who are trying to clean up quickly in a few spare moments. My favorite feature of this vacuum is its user friendliness. From the ease of transition to many typesof flooring, extra long hose, attachments that remain on the vacuum itself, you don’t have to be bothered by using multiple devices to clean your entire home. This vacuum doesit all! As a result, it is a time saver which anyone can appreciate. One downfall of this vacuum is that at times it can feel a bit heavy to push on carpeting that is thick. However, there is a sliding button to adjust from plush carpet to bare flooring as previously stated. I also observed it to be a bit louder than some other vacuums that I have tried. However, with all of its positive features, ease of use, and powerful suction, I would highly recommend the purchase of this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm overall pretty impressed with the CleanView® Max Lift-Off. The design is sleek, not very heavy, it's intuitive and it has the tools I need to clean my house. While initially impressed by the cleaning power over my tiled floor I wasn't impressed with how it vacuumed my carpeted floors. For reference I have a boxer dog who sheds a ton, 3 kids, a husband and I'm postpartum so I'm shedding hair more than the dog. The vacuum picked up a lot of junk off the tile floors but I just didn't feel like it worked great on my carpet and it's not even plush. I felt like I had to push it harder, it didn't really glide over my carpet like my previous vacuum did, it also didn't leave the nice vacuum lines either. I looked at it adjusting the settings on the vacuum and it didn't help. I also used it over an area rug and it did ok on that. Something that surprised me was how you can detach the vacuum body from the “head” to make it easier to do tasks like floors, couches, and for me-vacuuming my car. Overall it's a nice vacuum and unless you have wall to wall carpet, you can't go wrong with this vacuum! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this upright vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the CleanView Max Lift Off as part of the Stellar Testing Panel. So far, it has been a quality vacuum. The suction is strong and the amount of dust and dirt it accumulates is a significant amount. It left nice clean lines in the carpet which is super satisfying. Emptying the container was easy and mess free. The detachable pod was convenient and easy to use. I do think a slightly longer wand would be helpful to gain access to those really hard to reach places. So far, it has handled hair really well and the brush hasn't gotten clogged. I will be curious to see if this continues with more use as hair clogging up the brush is a frequent issue with our other vacuum and vacuums we've used in the past. The vacuum performed better on the carpet, but it still did a nice job on hard surfaces. Overall, we have been impressed with this vacuum and it's performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm obsessed with this vacuum. I got it in April, just in time for my dog's winter coat shedding season. Check out the photo - that's all the dust and dog hair it picked up from my upstairs carpets AFTER I'd already vacuumed the previous day with my old machine! I also like to detach it from the base so it's nice and light but still plenty powerful to reach the stairs, corner cobwebs, etc. Don't worry about assembly - my kids and I put it together in less than 5 minutes. The only area for improvement is the wheels. I first received a machine with a cracked, broken wheel, and Bissell was great about sending a replacement. It still feels like the wheels are cheaply made, and the plastic might not hold up over the years. A higher quality wheel would be easier to push and less likely to crack. Altogether, this is a really solid vacuum, not too heavy, and it packs some serious power. Coarse, wiry dog hair is sucked right out of my heavy wool carpet with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the CleanView Max Lift-Off for a couple weeks now, and it offers a great suction power, ideal for carpeted and hard floor. I have used it primarily on mid-long carpets and it cleans them deeply thanks to the brush and the suction power. On the weakness side, the lift-away technology is very convenient, but the vacuum lacks the ability to go under furnitures. Also, the build doesn't feel as sturdy as the competitors as most of the vacuum is made of plastic. This might impact the longevity of the vacuum, but makes it lighter to transport.

With two young kids and dog who sheds a lot and a cat, I feel like there is always a mess needing to be cleaned up! We have a robot vacuum that runs every single day and I was still blown away (and disgusted) by how much this vacuum picked up! I just thought our floors were getting clean before this vacuum! It is a little bulkier than my other vacuums and doesn’t fit under tight spaces, but other than that, I’ve been very impressed by it! The attached pictures come from two different rugs AFTER the robot has gone over them earlier in the day!!

And the suction power is great. I felt like it was really picking everything up! The lift off feature came in super handy to clean our stairs and was very easy to use. The only reason I deducted a start was because it is harder to push and pull than any vacuum I've used previously. It's not impossible, but definitely noticeable (especially after a whole basement of carpet). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bissell came in perfect time as my previous 5-year old vacuum from the same brand happened to die just days before. When I say this baby sucks, I mean with the BEST of intentions. The suction power is so impressive, I can see dirt moving towards to vacuum before I’ve even gone over the tile floors. It’s super easy to maneuver from tile to carpet. It’s lightweight. And the handle completely detaches to become the handheld hose! Goodbye back pain (at least when it comes to vacuuming)! The ONLY downside is how small the canister is. Typically have to dump it at least once per room (we have a husky who loves to shed!)

It's really easy to use and the user manual was easy to understand so I could get started cleaning. I just moved into a new house and this vacuum made cleaning a breeze. The length of the cord was handy for getting up the stairs and it was easy to maneuver on the stairs too with the wand. I've used this vacuum on carpet, tile, and vinyl flooring. I found it the most convenient to use on carpet but it worked well on all surfaces. I'm giving it four stars and not 5 because it's not much different from other vacuums that I've used the last couple of years, but perhaps the it will last a lot longer than other brands I've used, so I'm excited to keep using it.
